There is a place where the clear blue sky meets the crystal clear sea, blending together in blues so startling and at the same time calming, it’s a place called Azure. Azure is Okaloosa Island’s newest Mediterranean-styled resort located on 515 feet of sparkling white sand and emerald waters. Located beachfront, unit 117 is beautifully decorated. Enjoy the private balcony with a beautiful ocean view right next to both pools, hot tubs, and the water spray area. The condo features four bedrooms and three baths with the master beachside. Master has a salon-style bath with Jacuzzi, great gulf views and 40" plasma. The bunk room has a twin over double bed plus a pull-out trundle and t.v. with disney video library. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, comfy chairs and 50" plasma t.v.
Furnished with upgraded stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and everything else you may need in the gourmet kitchen, you will definitely feel at home away from home. In fact, we are hoping you will love our beautiful condo as much as we do and will make it your home-away-from-home for many years to come. Why the Owner Chose Azure
We like the idea of the building heigth restriction on Okaloosa Island (6 stories) so the beaches aren't ever very crowded. Plus being on the east end of Santa Rosa boulevard, it is covenient to everything. Several restaurants and stores are within walking distance
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This unit is perfectly located in the building. First floor walkout convenience, but not located poolfront. You don't open your drapes and see the back of peoples heads or hear the noise associted with being poolfront, but it is just steps away. We hardly ever have anyone walk past our patio. And we get to look out across the green lawn the white sand to the emerald green water.

We've owned condos in Destin for better than 15 years now and live only a little over 2 hours away. This allows us to come in and inspect them regularily to make sure our housekeepers are keeping our units in the condition we would expect if we were staying in them. We also take care of all the things that cannot be tended to during the brief transition (cleaning) period between guests. We try to think of everything so you can think of nothing. We also have a good knowledge of the area and love sharing "local" info on things like restaurants, directions, golf course recomendations/deals and even what is the best night to go to the movie. We like to host people, not just rent to them.

We stayed at this condo and it was AWESOME! It was the perfect place for a family vacation. We had 3 small children with us and the location of the condo on the ground floor was pefect, also the gated in area with grass was great for the kids to go out and play. We would love to go back! My husband and I had a wonderful month-long stay at Azure. What a great condo! It had all the amenities we needed for our stay - a stocked kitchen and full laundry room. Being on the ground floor was so nice - walk right to the beach and no elevators to wait for. And on the days when we stayed inside, the 50" TV was perfect for watching movies. The covered parking was also a bonus. I would definitely stay at Azure again - it truly is a home away from home.

We have stayed at this property for the past two years. It is perfect for our family. The grandchildren love the bunkroom and feel like it is their own hideaway. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. Family movies are abundantly provided and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We also loved having a Publix within a five minute drive. We have found our yearly vacation beach destination!

We spent a week at this beautiful condo. It is an amazing unit. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived that it was more than we expected. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very spacious. You can not top the convenience of being so close to the beach and pool- especially if you have children. We have stayed at Azure for the last five years, and this was by far our best visit! We will most definitely stay again and have already recommended this unit to several friends and family members. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

I recently stayed at the Azure condos in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. It was so nice and luxurious. We were on the first floor and just outside the pool area. It was so great having several small children in our group for trips back to the room and over all convience. The condo unit itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. I certainly hope to and would stay there again,
