The Northwestern decor of the Town House and the view of the Cascades gives you the true spirit of Central Oregon.
The master bedroom provides a King Pillow Top bed with a HD Ready TV with DVD Player. The master bath has a full shower, separate toilet, double sinks, and full bath. All towels, mats, paper products and soap located under the first sink. The washer and dryer are located behind the closet doors across from the shower. NOTE: A dresser and two side tables will be added upon delivery at the end of this month. The two lamps in the picture are in leaf design to match the bedspread and pillow. All bedding and sheets purchased new for the rental season.
The Second bedroom has a Queen pillow top bed with one side table and lamp. In the corner is a full size lamp-both are in the woods designs with elk and moose images. It has a full closet with a luggage rack provided for additional items. A dresser will be added upon delivery at the end of this month. Also acquired framed pictures of wildlife will be added to the room. New Percale cotton sheets purchased for the rental season. The second bath room is adjacent to the second bedroom. The decor is "At the Lodge". All towels, paper products, soap, and hair dryer are provided under the single sink.
The Kitchen is in the northwestern Theme with Moose Casserole dish, Deer accessories for appetizers, an Espresso machine, coffee maker, coffee grinder, Oster blender, electric fry pan, complete set of new pots to fry and sauté, Pasta Pot with strainer, glass kitchen Aid Measure cup and spoons, Kitchen aid cooking utensils, Corning baking wear for storage, wine glasses, glassware, stainless flatware, cutting board, Butcher block with complete set of knives and set of steak knives, Kitchen Aid Hand can opener, cookie sheet, broiling pan for oven, Oster Toaster with egg maker, Ceramic salt and pepper shakers, Brass coffee and tea containers, Glass Pine cone towel holder, Dish Cleansing liquid container with scrubber, Dishes (plates, bowls, coffee cups), place mats, kitchen towels, Kitchen Pot holders, all paper products for dishes, dishwasher, including paper towels, trash bags located under kitchen sink.
The living area is open and welcoming with a pub table with four chairs with pads. The living room has two leather Lazy Boy couches with elk and moose designer pillows. There are two side tables with Pine cone designed lamps and one couch table. All decor is in a leaf and forest theme. The book case area holds antlers and designer elk horn candles. The HD TV is located in the open area of the bookcase-the DVD player is located in the cabinet. There is a Gas fireplace adjacent to the built in book case. In the corner of the living area is a game table with two chairs ready for a match. There are two games located in the cabinet under the TV.
All windows in the kitchen, entry way, and second bedroom are covered with wooden blinds. The tall windows leading out to the enclosed deck with railing are covered with new light weave covering which allows the sun in the daytime and privacy at night. The covering can be lowered to allow sun only in the top of the first row of windows. As you step onto the deck, there is a glass table with six chairs and an electric/gas grill. All just acquired for the rental season.
As you leave the unit, at the entrance you will notice the door in the hallway to your right-it contains all cleaning items and two very warm Elk blankets for the living room couches. The door to the right of the entrance is for storage-if you do bring a bike or two, we have a hook already installed. This unit was rented to full time renters prior-It is in excellent condition and you will find that all the items have been well taken care of. The King Bed was just acquired along with the deck furniture and the grill. And the place is meticulous!

Kim Dickie, San Mateo, California My Sister, Susan Perry moved to Central Oregon from California with her family. Upon one of my visits, I purchased the Town House in Eagle Crest. Susan, lives in Eagle Crest and manages and maintains the rental of the Town House year round.

This townhome is very comfortable, spacious and has a wonderful stone patio with a great view. We spent the entire summer there and had a great time. It felt like home. Susan is a delight, provided us with so many staples and anticipated so many of our needs. Thank you for a fabulous summer vacation!

Everything about this townhome met our expectations, and more. It is beautifully decorated, large and open, with an immense master bath you can get lost in. In all my years of travel, I have never stayed in a place where the owner had so anticipated every need I might have: the kitchen was stocked with groceries I did not expect, including milk, half and half, eggs, butter (salted and unsalted!) english muffins, cereal, etc. It was very touching to arrive and discover that we were being so thoughtfully cared for. I highly recommend this place.

We cannot say enough good things about this condo - as we walked in and took in the lovely views, we instantly felt relaxed! Our party included two couples and three young children (3, 2, and 1 month) and this unit was the perfect size. The unit itself is immaculate, with everything that you need to enjoy your stay. It is a quick walk to the recreation center with toddler pool and splash park. Thank you so much Susan for allowing us to enjoy this special place. We are already planning our next trip! An excellent value!!
