It is designed to be both passive and active solar and is warm, cozy, bright and sunny in the winter. It is set in a quiet kid friendly neighborhood with flat streets, within walking distance to parks and restaurants. It is only a few blocks to the bus stop for the Northstar Ski area. Snow removal is provided during the winter months.

My husband is a builder and built this house. He has been building for 30 years and is known as one of the best contractors in the area. I work as a plant ecologist and botanist. We have 2 kids.

Being able to walk from the house to open land, golf course, parks, restaurants. The outdoors, the skiing etc.. Also this house is warm all winter, no drafts, very, very pleasant.
