You can stay in the back bays and fish for snook, redfish or snapper or head to the flats for trout and mackerel or try your hand at tarpon fishing in the famous Boca Grande Pass. A small marina, boat ramp and fishing pier on the property are just a short walk away.

The one thing that was most important was not satisfactory: 1. Was the property clean and well-maintained? No, it was not clean. 2. Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? No, I would not recommend this property.
Owner response: We have rented this condo for several years and have NEVER had any complaints. This is one of our condos that gets rented first. We are sorry you found this condo to be in terrible shape, yet you chose to stay.
