Resort has 12 pools, oceanfront lagoon pool, oceanfront restaurant, starbucks, 9 hole golf course, tennis, fitness center and massage!
The beach is within 200 yards walk or you may ride on the resort tram. Private heated building pool few steps away.

This was our second stay in the condo and our tenth stay at Edgewater Beach Resort. The property and the condo was clean and well maintained.The second bedroom is perfect for families with children. The owner is easy to work with and very prompt in responding to both emails and voicemails. I have recommended this property to friends who have enjoyed their stay as well. If you choose to visit this location I would recommend dining at Uncle Ernies, it is a quaint little place on the bay with excellent food, drink, and service. We also ate several meals at Oceans located at the pool, their fish tacos are a favorite amongst our family!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was a great condo. User friendly and easy access to all areas of the beach. We had a great time and would recommend this condo as well as Edgewater to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Owners are great to deal with.. very prompt in getting back with you on any questions.. The 2 story condo offered plenty of room which we enjoyed. It was neat and clean. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. Edgewater is a beautiful complex and to park right next to the front door is such an added plus for me. Thanks again..we truly enjoyed it..Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
