  This unit is very comfortable, clean, well stocked, & in a great location. It is a 1 minute drive to the NW point dock that many dive operators use & just a few minutes to the heart of the 7 mile beach. Complex is small & quiet & everyone encountered around the pool was fun & quick with recommendations for dinner spots or activities. Owner Mike is helpful & very easy to deal with.

  Having been on GCI more than 15 times, I was familiar with the location of the condo...and the Tibbets Highway made it an easy drive from the airport. Condo is 20 ft, from the pool, and about 50 yds from the ironshore (no beach, just in case you didn't know) and the entry/exit points to the sea. The aluminum ladder is fairly heavy...I'd recommend you have another to get it installed if you want to dive or snorkel off the condo. The wall sites are witin easy reach...about 150 yds, and Bonnies Arch is closer (and shallower...about 75 yds just to the NW...moorings are all easy to see. We had a windy five days, so couldn't get in/out there, but got some good diving and snorkeling in up around the Cracked Conch (great food/service/atmosphere right on the water, by the turtle farm, and also dove the North Wall (Babylon) one day on our round the island tour. My wife did the dolphin encounter thing (also right by the turtle farm)....she loved it, so I was happy! Be aware that if you want to dive, there are only a few operations that willl let you rent tanks and weights and take them offsite, and none of the onsite shops will allow solo diving...you'll have to find a buddy or pay a guide. Or you can just go somewhere there is no on-site facility, jump in with a rented tank...and have your own private ocean...which I did. Condo is set up great for four people, kitchen is well appointed for cooking ('frig has a nice icemaker). All in all it was a great stay. I also highly recommend you DO NOT arrive after noon on a Saturday....LOTS of arriving flights, and the customs/immigration people, as well as the rental car companies get overwhelmed.....and slow! Mike, the owner, was very helpful with answering any questions I had in the rental process.

  Just returned from a perfect week in Grand Cayman. Unbelievable beauty on the Island. Loved the location of the condo. Minutes from all attractions with the benefit of privacy and quiet serenity at this location. Very nice and well maintained property, pool, grounds. This unit has wifi, which was important to us and is furnished with top grade appliances, cookware, a beautiful spa type master bathroom, and more. Owners made every effort to insure our first visit to Grand Cayman was spectacular. Thanks Mike and Donna for the complete Restaurant Guide which we referred to for every meal out and for answering all our questions and more. We will definitely return to this very unit. No need to look further. Best location / numerous amenities / helpful and caring owners. Thanks for making it such a special vacation.

  We absolutely loved the place. A perfect setting for us with all of the amenities that we needed. We liked the location (away from Georgetown and 7 Mile Beach, but yet just a short drive away). My wife wished that there was a closer beach to walk on, but I reminded her that was something to sacrifice with the GREAT rental rate. Many, many great restaurants (Calypso Grill was our fav) and pretty good snorkelling, although the clarity wasn't the best because of the wind churning things up. All in all, a great place and great vacation. Thanks Mike for all of your help with my questions prior to arrival.

  This was our first visit to Grand Cayman and we had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly as described and we couldn’t have asked for more. It was clean, organized, well furnished, and the neighbors were helpful and welcoming. We were a short drive to the Seven Mile Beach area, but far enough away to feel secluded when we wanted to enjoy a quiet evening watching the sun set. We did rent a car for our stay and were glad that we did. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We still have several destinations on our “bucket list”, but if we return to Grand Cayman we would love to stay at Bonnie’s Arch again.

  We rented this condo from 12/18 - 12/29/11. We are here now while writing this review. This condo is wonderful. The location is in West Bay at a condo complex called Bonnies Arch. We found the condo to be very clean and modern and exactly how the website describes it. We like to cook and the kitchen is well equiped. Seven Mile beach, georgetown, grocery stores, gas, restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The turtle farm is just down the road along with swimming with the dolphins. Cemetary beach which is also just down the road is probably the best snorkel spot. Renting a car is recommended but the bus stop is close to the condo. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat and fell in love with Grand Cayman. Planning on a return tip in the future. Best place to stay in Grand Cayman.

  if you want the peace and tranquility of a secluded island yet want the nightlife, dining, and shops of seven mile island then this is the place for you!!!right on the ocean this condo provides a beautiful view of the ocean. it is a modern condo decorated in island style. just beautiful.the neighbors are mostly american and so lovely and helpful, as are the owners. it is so much cheaper than the camaynian hotels. 5 minutes away from fosters supermarket a large store with all you will need grocery wise you will save alot of money on dining out. the condo is just minutes away from cemetary beach which is so well known for fabulous snorkeling. its also 5 minutes from the turtle farm.its 10-15 minutes to georgetown.this is a real steal and guarentee you will have a fabulous time staying here.

  We vacationed in this condo 5/1/11 for a glorious 2 weeks. The unit has everything you need to feel at home. The complex is quite and well maintained. We loved the pool being just steps from your door. We met a few resident neighbors, all of whom were lovey people. Weather was perfect, had beautiful sunsets every evening. Except for one boat dive, the boys dove or snorkeled every day, right in front of the complex! No hauling equipment all over the island. A short way, down the road is the Cracked Conch restaurant. It is a lovely restaurant right on the water. The attached bar with dive shop is called the Macabuca. It is located just about on the farthest point. You can dive right from the bar! The staff became “old” friends by the time we left. So a perfect vacation! As an extra bonus, you have great owners that will help you all they can, to have your perfect vacation. We will stay here again on our next visit. Thanks Mike!

  My experience in renting this condo was excellent. The owners were very helpfull in guiding me on what I should take and what I could expect at the condo. The unit is tastefully decorated and is stocked with everything that one might need for a relaxing vacation. It is a ground floor unit with a nice patio and just steps from the crystal clear pool. The grounds are well maintained and the ocean breezes quite relaxing. I certainly would recommend this unit to anyone thinking of visiting the Cayman Islands for a vacation.

  We stayed in the condo the first week of April and were delighted to find everything as described and more. The owners also kindly included beach chairs, camp chairs and lots of extra beach towels for the trip to 7-mile beach. Post beach there are extra drying racks to hang our wet towels and scuba/snorkel gear and a hose to wash them off outside. Internet and cable were great and the selections of stations kept us happy when we weren't exhausted from playing on the island. Snorkeled right off the property and enjoyed the crystal blue waters, the neat rock formations and coves and the healthy elkhorn corals feet from the shore. If you like to cook, they have two nice sets of knives in the kitchen which is rare in vacation rentals. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to cut up your fresh mango with a dull knife. The neighbors are friendly and the pool is well maintained. It was such a treat to be able to take a dip in the pool just outside the door any time. The condo is very clean and well decorated and comfortable and there were no bugs - not even mosquitoes which were a problem in other places. A neighbor's rooster would crow around 5 a.m. but I never heard him in the bedroom. The hen and chicks would wander by in search of bugs. The owners were very quick to answer all of our questions even during our stay and all was as described. The grocery store isn't far away and is open until 11 p.m. The Cracked Conch is less than a mile up the road for a delicious dinner or cocktails at happy hour by the ocean. While on island we found the starfish beach at Ivory Cay, took the biolumenescent kayak tour from Rum Point -- a MUST DO for anyone who wants to see the glow of a million tiny organisms in the sea. I went diving nearly every day with Divers Down and we had a fabulous time with Capt. Marvin's Stingray City half-day tour with snorkeling. Enjoying the beautiful beach as West Cemetary about a mile south was an easy drive and far away from lots of people and traffic when the cruise ships are docked. That is certainly a plus about this part of the island - it is quiet and away from the crowds, but not to far a drive if you wish to mix it up with the crowd too. It didn't take long to get the hang of driving on the left side of the road and almost kept it up on returning to the States. We'd certainly stay here again as we were VERY pleased with the property, and I'm a really picking kind of pain in the neck about these things.
