It is the perfect place to stay. Its capacity of 4 makes it perfect for small families, and the much-sought-after amendments make it an ideal honeymoon destination! It has the "Big Four" that everyone loves: (1)Two-person jetted tub in the bedroom, (2) beautiful fireplace, (3)plenty of satellite TV, and (4)big King bed! Like the Edelweiss itself, it is "small and white, clean and bright"!, and has everything except a chocolate on your pillow at night, which we could even do upon request!

It is one thing to drive up the canyon to the mountains, but it is altogether another thing to actually stay there. Any season is a great season here. Summer submerges you in wildflowers; autumn colors beckon you bring a camera; our 500+ inches of snowfall cause "Winter Wonderland"; and the call to spring skiing makes yard work impossible! Whether taking the 2-hour hike to Twin Lakes or the easy boardwalk around Silver Lake, you will feel alive in this forest/mountain land atmosphere. Most of our guests who come here become repeat customers around the year.
