Seaside Towers is "dead center" Waikiki (behind Island Colony) and is a short walk to the beach as well as many, many shops and restaurants. No need for a car but covered, assigned parking available if you like. This is a quiet, residential, 15-story building with outdoor pool, BBQ patio and spacious lobby. The unit has an open "loft-style" floor plan with hugh, walk-in closet and full kitchen equipped to delight the serious (and not-so-serious) cook. Washer/dryer in unit. Sleeps up to 3 people comfortably on one Queen bed and one daybed (Hawaiian-style "punee").   • Aloha, all--We are the owners of this Waikiki apartment. This is a new listing on VRBO, so probably no comments yet but we wanted you to know that we have owned this unit for 4 years and have lived in it ourselves as well as rented it to lovely tenants--young, old, singles, couples, etc. The building and location has something for everyone. Nice and quiet and kept beautifully clean by our resident manager and his assistant. The apartment was completely renovated and we found it very comfortable. Come and stay awile with us.
