This gated community is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Destin, just a short distance from the world's most beautiful beaches! The approximately 30,000 square foot pool has everything a resort pool should have with beautiful water falls and professional landscaping. There is also a tiki bar and grill kitchen at the pool if you want to have your own pool party.
The house is a specially designed Polynesian style 2 story with 2 master bedrooms which make it big enough for more than one family. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and rap around balcony attached for those early morning cups of coffee or a place to sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine after a long day at the beach. The bathroom has a separate shower, jacuzzi tub and 2 sinks. The downstairs master is also very large with a queen bed and loads of closet space, and a large bathroom with shower. Also upstairs are a queen size guest room and a bunk room with bathroom just across the hall. The bunk room has a full/twin bunk bed, drawers under the bed and even a dresser for extra storage. There are also 2 baby beds (as well as other baby/children items) available upon request.
The living room and kitchen are open, making it a perfect space for gatherings with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably with room for more if needed, plus 4 stools at the bar for extra seating. There are TVs and DVD players in every room, including the bunk room so the kids can watch their own TV shows or movies.
We offer weekly packages, and weekend and monthly packages are determined by availability. At this time, reservations are limited to those over 25 years of age.

My family stayed here Mar 28-Apr 2, 2010 and loved the home. There was only four of us so we didn't use nearly all of the space that was available -- it would have been perfect for another family of 4-5 people. The gated area is very quiet; bring bikes, skateboards, scooters and other sports equipment to play on the streets around the house. We loved the pool and the walk to the beach was very reasonable even for our 6 yr old. Of course the free shuttle service from the area was even better! I highly recommend this home and will certainly stay again on our next visit!!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. It is spotlessly clean, and the mattresses are very comfortable. The location is terrific, a short walk to the gulf, and in view of the gorgeous pool. Shopping is also within walking distance. In spite of being in the heart of Destin, this neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. I loved it!
