This unique property has two bedrooms in the main house plus a separate casita for guests which has a bedroom and den with a foldout couch along with a bathroom shower area in between the rooms. There is a separate patio in-between the house and casita.
The main house has tile flooring and a formal living and dining area with gas fireplace. The extra large kitchen has huge granite counters with seating plus a table area. The family room off the kitchen area has a oversized built in cabinet holding a big screen TV, stereo, and DVD. This area has leather sofas and chair with ottoman. A gas fireplace is located next to the entertainment area.
The master suite boasts a TV area and lots of drawer space with a walk in closet. The master bath holds a his and her marble sink area, marble floors and glassed in shower and a large tub.
The outside area has a kidney shaped pool, a hot tub and waterfall into the pool. This area is surrounded by flowering shrubs and flowers. The built in gas barbeque has a bar with seating. There is a patio set including table with 6 chairs and lounge seating for your enjoyment. A fire pit will keep you warm on the cool evenings.
