This unique property has two bedrooms in the main house plus a separate casita for guests which has a bedroom and den with a foldout couch along with a bathroom shower area in between the rooms. There is a separate patio in-between the house and casita.
The main house has tile flooring and a formal living and dining area with 'gas fireplace'. The extra large kitchen has huge granite counters with seating plus a table area. Why the Owner Chose Rancho La Quinta
I bought this as my retirement home and hope to one day retire here. Very friendly people and nice neighbors. There is a lot to do as this is centrally located to lots of restaurants, stores, etc. Great hiking a short distance away. I love to run and play tennis so this is ideal for me.

I enjoy the numerous restaurants, great shopping, and hiking and biking trails. This area boasts the Living Desert Museum, the tram to the mountain top where you can hike or cross country ski, Joshua Tree National Park, art museums, theaters, and much more.

I have a busy life and work up in Spokane WA at a money management firm. I am renting this home as my own home and it is not your regular rental home. My decor is beautiful and will enhance your vacation experience. I wish that I could stay here more as I love this home and development. The view is gorgeous and flowers are everywhere.
