Why the Owner Chose Oakland
We chose to buy in the Deep Creek Lake area and the Pergin Farm location because of the year-round activities. Our home is very close to Deep Creek Lake, Deep Creek Lake State Park, Swallow Falls State Park (Swallow Falls is the largest waterfall in the state of MD) and the WISP Ski and Golf Resort.
