This 3000 square foot modern home features oil-rubbed bronze fixtures throughout and hammered bronze sink bowls. The floor plan is open and flowing with rustic hand scrapped wood flooring, vaulted ceilings with rustic beams and two wide patio doors that open up the living room to a backyard of peace and tranquility.
The contemporary kitchen features oil-rubbed bronze appliances and a custom copper hood along with granite countertops and custom modern lighting. The dining room features a large custom built copper dining room table that will seat up to 10 people.
Keep up with the news or your favorite programs on two flat screen TV's with Dish Network service and a wide variety of DVD's to chose from. Additionally, there are several books about Sedona and it's history and a number of board games for evening entertainment. Free Wi-Fi service is available so bring your laptop! There is a work desk with a view of Bell Rock nestled in the corner of the master bedroom in front of the fireplace.
The backyard features a sand playground for kids, tree swing, horseshoes and a large pavers patio. You'll also enjoy the fire pit for roasting marshmallows and a wood-pellet barbeque grill that gives you the ultimate barbeque experience.

Why the Owner Chose Sedona
Sedona is one of the most beautiful areas in the country. We chose the home that we did because of the location and proximity to so much that Sedona has to offer. Our home is located in the Village of Oak Creek and is just minutes from the Oak Creek Country Club golf course. Additionally, we are within 5 - 10 minutes from the grocery store, outlet mall, fantastic restaurants, Oak Creek, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Beaver Creek and numerous hiking and off-road trails. Our home is located in a very peaceful and quiet area that gives a true feeling of country living.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home was completely remodeled and renovated in 2008. The main feature of this 3000 square foot home is a temperature controlled wine room that is stocked with the finest wines available world wide. The master bath rivals some of the finest spas we have visited with the champagne bubble bath tub and large steam room. All fixtures throughout the home are oil-rubbed bronze and all bowl sinks are hammered bronze. The kitchen is very contemporary and features oil-rubbed bronze appliances and a custom copper hood along with granite countertops and custom lighting from Niche Modern. The dining room features a large custom built dining room table that I built myself and has a beautiful copper top. The home is very comfortable as all windows and doors were replaced with maple Andersen wood windows throughout. There is 2600 square feet of rustic wood flooring throughout and the tall vaulted ceiling is highlighted with rustic wood beams. The backyard is very spacious and features a sand filled play ground for kids, a tree swing and horseshoe pits. There are two flat screen TV's with Dish Network service and surround sound. Free Wi-Fi is available on the property. There is a wood-pellet BBQ grill that will absolutely make you feel like a BBQ expert. The Meade telescope is very nice for star gazing at night.
