Our home is an Oceanfront gated estate located within the gated community of Three Arch Bay (TAB). One of the few private beaches in California. The home has true panoramic ocean views both to the north and the south.Each bedroom has an Ocean View. The house is newly constructed with the highest level of finishes. Why the Owner Chose Laguna Beach
This property reminded us of our Honeymoon in Capri and we fell in love with the views and its cliff side location. After purchasing we completely renovated and rebuilt the house with the highest quality finishes, many of them reclaimed from Europe such as the antique biblical limestone floors.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The views are dramatic and expansive. The weather is great year round. Enjoy the sunrise from one side of the house and the sunset from the other, a private pool and hear the wave crashing on the rocks below. The beach beckons from below and can be accessed from the community stairs at streets end.
