This THREE LEVEL TOWNHOME features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The first level has two bedrooms (each have a queen size bed), a full bathroom and a full size washer and dryer. Level two is the living space. A wood burning fireplace accents the living room. Outside the living room an oversize deck with grill and outdoor furniture provides additional relaxing space. (perfect for cocktails!) Backing up to national forest this deck provides unlimited privacy. The dining room opens to the living room. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops completes this floor. A large master encompasses the third floor, with walk-in closet, private full bath and built in desk.
OUTSIDE: Walk to hiking, fishing and parks. On the Town of Vail bus route you are minutes away from all the world class activities of beautiful Vail. Free parking is provided for 2 cars.
