The area is very tranquil, secluded and secured. A lot of wild life just all around the house. Best spot for snorkeling and diving. Just 15 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta and only a short walk to the famous La Joya de Mismaloya beach and resort. The home is magical. Best view of the Los Tres Arcos, coast line and the Bay of Banderas. The empty lot next door belongs to the property and only add to the privacy and seclusion. Once the private "retreat" of Liz Taylor during the filming of "The Night of the Iguana".
