A half bath is located off the large foyer entrance.
The master bedroom is on the first floor with a full bath including a hot tub. This room has a flat screen TV and opens into the pool area. The second floor includes a full bath, one large bedroom and a smaller room. Both rooms are furnished and have cable satelitte T.V.. The entire home has wireless internet access.

Year Purchased: 1994
I relocated to California in 1991 from New York because of the weather and more opportunities personally and professionally. I am a School District Administrator and own a home in North Hollywood (Valley Village/Studio City), CA. It was buit in 1995 (after the Northridge Earthquake) to current earthquake codes and regulations. It is fully furnished and available during certain periods of time during the year. This property is close to freeways, studios (NBC, Disney, Warner Brothers, major tourist attractions (minutes from Hollywood Blvd.), and within walking distance to the metro transit system.
Why the Owner Chose North Hollywood
I purchased a home in this particular area (North Hollywood/Valley Village) because is in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, close to all major attractions and freeways (without the noise factor). My years living there have been enjoyable, peaceful, and comfortable. People have stayed here have told me it is so quiet and comfortable.
Please keep in mind that this is my primary residence. I am looking for mature, responsible adults that will treat my home as if it were their own. I prefer renting a maximum of 2 weeks. No long term rentals. I need notice well in advance before I will take a suitable tenant.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I am fortunate to have a home that is new (built in 1995) after the Northridge Earthquake and constructed strictly to code. It has all modern conveniences. I had a heated pool with an attached. raised jacuzzi with easy access from the master bedroom on the first floor. It can be used all year long. The home itself is large enough to accommodate, comfortable and quiet with all you could ask for.
