This condo is in a beautiful, quiet complex which has recently been newly landscaped with palm trees and tropical foliage. The complex is gated and has a "residential" feel. Pools are located at both ends of the property with a special playground area near one of the pools.
The clubhouse pool has a screened patio with bar-b-que grills and sitting areas for your enjoyment. Walkways throughout the complex allow for strolls and easy access to pools, beach and amenities.
My unit has a split bedroom plan - great for PRIVACY! Each bedroom has a full bath and walk-in closet. The central living area is lined with windows making for a very light and airy feel. The oversized club chair pulls out to make a single bed for extra sleeping.
Escape to the Gulfcoast for a weekend or a week.... or perhaps even a month. If you haven't stayed at the beautiful Legacy Villas before, I know you will be back!

Why the Owner Chose Gulfport
There is so much to do on the Mississippi gulf coast. Casinos and great seafood are just minutes away. And the beach across the street is just steps away! The layout and design of the Legacy complex was the initial attraction. The units are spacious and truly feel like a home away from home.

Before I start writing about this fantastic condo I would like to say that Kay was absolutely WONDERFUL! Our GPS lead us to the wrong place so I called Kay and she was so sweet and helpful and was not at all bothered by my no sense of direction. She recommended places for us to go and was just so very pleasant! The condo was like home away from home. I’ve never been more comfortable while away from home. It was perfect in every way. The swimming pool was fantastic! My 4 year old would say every night “this was the best day ever”. She didn’t want to leave and I have to admit I get homesick quickly but I didn’t want to leave either. We plan to go back when we can and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else but here. PERFECT!!
Recommended for:Families with young children.

The condo is so nice! Very good communication with the owner. We visited in April and had beautiful weather. I love the layout of the condo. Nice.

Loved this place. Perfect for our family of 5. 2 pools on premises. The larger one was a lot of fun for my teenagers. Although, tar balls were washing up on the beaches, workers were working throughout the time we visited cleaning the mess. So many things to do there. Great eating places. Kay, the owner, was very helpful. Highly recommend this condo.

This condo was perfect for my family (2 adults and 3 kids) The rooms were very roomy and the condo had a comfortable feel. It was within walking distance to the beach. We were there for only three nights, but we are planning a longer trip later and plan to stay at this condo. There are many things to do in the area. We shopped at Edgewater Mall and drove over to Ocean Springs and Vancleave. It was Easter weekend; therefore, we had a lot of family events to attend and not a whole lot of time for sightseeing. The condo was right off the main strip (HWY 90) and that was great because we could not hear any traffic noice. The kids enjoyed the condo and their room. They kept coming to us and saying that their bathtub was bigger than ours (which they were both big enough to relax in). I would recommend this condo to anyone. There was several groups of our family there and by far our condo was the best! There are no inconvenient elevators or long hallways to get to the condo and you have your own garage to park your vehicle in. For the price and amenities, this condo deserves 10 out of 10 stars!

We brought the kids down for spring break, This condo is in a gated community, so we felt very safe. It is spacious enough for a family of five to live comfortably, it is very close to the ocean and is perfect for the kids. We really enjoyed the stay and will be planning the return trip.

Our first visit to Gulfport was a good one, thanks in part to this nice property and owner. We were looking for something closer and less pricey than Destin, and found it. The split plan was great for our group (2 adults, 4 kids) and the bathrooms and closets were very spacious, something you don't always find at a beach condo. The complex was very nice with great places to walk. The two pools are not heated and it was a cool March weekend when we visited, so only the kids jumped in and only for a second, but they were beautiful to sit by and read a book! We had one problem with the condo, but a quick call to the owner was all it took and someone was there for repairs within 30 minutes. The owner provided brochures and sugggestions for our trip, which helped us make our short time there more fun. If you go, don't miss Ship Island (plan to spend a day and check out both sides), the Hard Rock Casino in nearby Biloxi (10 minute drive) for all the great rock 'n roll memorabilia and Ben n' Jerry's Ice Cream on premises, the White Cap in Gulfport, Brooklyn Pizzeria also in Gulfport, and 'Lil Rays in Long Beach (15-20 minute drive along the beach) for great Po Boys and Red Beans and Rice. The beach is not as fabulous as other places, but it provided for some great skim-boarding and the teens with us didn't seem to care one bit. Visit Ship Island if you're looking for the classic gulf beach.
