The villa has four master bedrooms each with their own full bath, three with shower and one with a tub. Two bedrooms have ocean and patio views, the other two have partial ocean and garden views. The main salon consists of a living area, open kitchen and built in dining table. There are two walls of natural stone and Saltillo tiles throughout the spacious villa. On the patio there is a kidney shaped pool with plenty of space for dining and sunning. There is also a covered area where you can relax in the shade. The beach is sandy with some boulders, a great place to walk and enjoy the ocean. Sit on the patio and see some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen.
The villa is located in close proximity to a variety of retail & grocery shops, restaurants and beach, sea and surf activities.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The villa is a four bed room four bath with a large kitchen-dining-living room. This makes it great for large families or four couples because all bed rooms are the same size and all have a private bath and shower. The beach is right at the edge of the patio. Sun sets are fantastic, the cruise ships pass right in front of the villa. You can stay at the villa all week or can go out and enjoy the shopping, restaurants, casinos, water sports and so much more. St. Maarten is half Dutch and half French which makes it truly unique on only 37 square miles, so everything is close.

I came to St. Maarten in April 1985, fell in love with the island and looked into buying time share. Soon realized that building a villa was a better option. I visited realtors and found this great property "right on the beach". Two months later I was back on St. Maarten building the villa. The villa was completed in December 1985 and has been enjoyed by everyone who has visited.
