Modern, brand new construction. Finished in 2009. Beachfront with private stairs to the sand! Beautiful travertine floors through out the entire house. Pounded copper sinks in bathrooms. Granite countertops in kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
House has three bedrooms and three baths and will sleep twelve. Top floor has a garage, bedroom with twin trundle beds, full bath, living room with pull out couch, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and cook's island, dining area, gas fireplace, outside deck with table and chairs.
Bottom floor has Master bedroom with King bed and gas fireplace and two single futons. Master bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower, large walk in closet. Guest bedroom with two full beds, full bath and large walk in closet. Large deck outside bedrooms with lounges and gas BBQ.
Enjoy Indoor/Outdoor living with four large decks overlooking the beach. Relax on lounges as you watch the sunset over the Coronado Islands!
San Antonio del Mar is safe and family oriented community with 24 hour security, tennis courts , pools, parks... everything needed for wonderful visit. We are located 12 miles south of the US border and 5 miles from Rosarito Beach. Enjoy a day trip to Ensenada only 50 miles away!
There is also a detached, fully contained casita on the property which will sleep four additional guests. Please inquire for rates for the house plus casita.
