Sawmill Creek is the best location in Breckenridge. You are one block from downtown where you have unlimited shopping, restaurants and entertainment. This unit is spacious and warm and you will feel right at home in this spacious two bedroom/two bath condo. During ski season you can ski in from 4 O'Clock run and shuttle out to the lifts. The shuttle can be picked up outside of the condo complex.

It is just a short walk to the new high-speed gondola. Our condo has an incredible view from the living room You have a view of Baldy Mountain, downtown and the ski slopes. Our condo has been remodeled with new bathrooms, new furniture and new appliances in the kitchen. Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds.

The kitchen is equipped with all of the cooking items you will need to cook up some good chili and set by a nice warm cozy fire and enjoy the view. Breckenridge has a lot to offer in the summer months with festivals, Alpine Slide, hiking, golf course & fly fishing. The weather is cool and one can enjoy the view from our deck.

  • I stayed here is January 2009. It was wonderful. Close to the slopes. All of the shops are within walking distance. It is extremely clean and organized. I enjoyed staying there. I would stay there again.

  • Our family has spent many of nights at this particular property due to its great location and comfort it offers during your stay weather it be for sking or a summer visit. It's prime location makes sking access to the slopes without ever having to drive to the most sking locations or strolling to nearby shopping and restaurants. This condo offers great comfort for all of Colorados four seasons. We'll be back again, and again.

  • We stayed in this particular condo in August 2008. I had planned a 5 day stay with my family from Montana. Everything was so clean and organized, and very roomy for 5 of us that stayed there. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with us on that particular weekend, so we ended up spending alot of time inside by the fireplace watching TV, and watching it snow outside!! Everything was within walking distance for us as far as shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely go back again and stay in this condo!
