Once inside the 3 story townhouse enjoy the SPACIOUS open first floor with it's intimate dining room, a totally modern kitchen & bar (seating for 2), LARGE living room with 42" flat screen TV & powder room. Walk from the living room to the PATIO for a great ocean breeze, a swim in the EXTRA LARGE crystal blue pool, a walk on the 3.5 mile soft sandy beach, or watch the GORGEOUS SUNSETS.
From the first floor climb to the second floor and find a concealed FULL SIZE stack washer & dryer along with 3 bedrooms. Each of the Queen Guest bedrooms have PRIVATE ROOMY BATHS. The "reading room" den OFFERS a double sofa bed with no bath. Fabulous OCEANVIEWS from two of the rooms.
The third floor has a "HUGE" vaulted master suite with a BALCONY facing the ocean. This is a PEACEFUL spot to have morning coffee or evening wine watching & listening to the fabulous ocean waves meeting the creamy sandy beach. The MODERNIZED bathroom has a big shower, 2 sinks and plenty of storage. Includes a SAFE for valuables.

Why the Owner Chose Mazatlan
The four of us decided on Mazatlan as a central meeting place. Since one couple lives on the beach in Charleston, SC and the other couple lives on the lake in Incline Village, Nevada, we liked the idea of being on the beautiful blue Pacific ocean. We all enjoy the friendly Mexican people, their casual life style, and the various selection of restaurants including italian, french, and of course mexican. The nice thing about Mazatlan is the remaining "Old Town" which is fun to experience. If you like water sports it is here along with golfing and other sports. MOST IMPORTANTLY is the SAFE feeling we have when living here, the modern conveniences of the USA (Home Depot & Wal-Mart, parking at the front door to carry in groceries, etc., and the comfort of being in a "home" rather than a hotel or a condo high rise.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Since we are all still working we like the ease of being in a home atmosphere where we can relax and still carry on some work from a distance if we need to (INTERNET & CABLE TV). Our favorite restaurants are always a highlight to return to, The Purple Onion (live music and great ribs) kinda of a "Cheers" atmosphere as the local ExPats are always there keeping things lively. A vacation has to be a time to relax and refresh and this is exactly what you can experience in our townhouse on the beach. The pool is always a refreshing pause at the end of the day. And one of the favorite times is "cocktail hour" watching the fabulous sunsets and hoping for the green flash! PEACEFUL! RELAXING SLOW PACE TO LIVING! IT'S HEAVENLY!

In 2006 Kristen & Mike were visiting Mazatlan and fell in love with the city and found this wonderful PRIVATE small enclave with 8 of the Mexican style townhouses on the beachfront. Mike's sister and husband joined in the purchase and a 2 year renovation took place.

I have to tell you, we have gone to Mazatlan for many years and this surpassed any place we have ever rented. From the moment we entered the grounds for the property to check in, it was a beautiful and pleasant experience. We spent 2 weeks around Thanksgiving here and absolutley everything we needed was there to prepare a traditional meal. We had both family and friends rotate thru so all the bedrooms were taken during our stay and the way the home is layed out, no one was in anyone's way. The location was perfect. We were on the beach, yet a quick walk to the main road to catch either a pulmonia or a bus to go to the Golden Zone, Old Towne to the market or to the grocery store. I had pre-booked trips on-line and we had no problem being picked up at the street. It's a gated community and everyone was super friendly. Trust me when I tell you, the pictures were exactly the way it looked. What they can't show you is that it is so welcoming and quiet, that you are sad when your time is up, because you feel like you are truly leaving home.

We just wanted you to know that we had an unbelieveable time at your condo !!!! We felt right at home there and truly did not want to come back. We are definitely trying to figure out another time we can come and stay there. (hopefully, for even longer this time ) The condo is absolutely beautiful and comes with all the comforts of home. The pool was wonderful and the views of the ocean from the patio were so beautiful. Every night we enjoyed sitting on the wall,watching the sunset, and listening to to ocean. What a fabulous vacation we had staying at your place. Thanks so much for everything!!!

..... you'll wish you LIVED here!!!! From the moment you walk in you will realize you made the right rental choice for your Mexican get away. From the lovely but very comfortable living area and bedrooms to the huge welcoming showers, this is your very own "5 star plus" private hotel. And speaking of private, your pristine pool is literally steps away with the beach just beyond - and that beach wall is the perfect spot to enjoy the suurise/sunset with your beverage of choice. I could go on, but my offer to you is this: take me along and I 'll supply the makings for the best Margaritas in Mexico just to be back there. In fact, I'm already planning my return trip and will look no further for a place to stay. I've found a beautiful Mexican casa that just couldn't be any better, and I know you will agree once you stay there.

We spent a week at this condo the beginning of April. It was our first trip to Mazatlan, but have been to other areas of Mexico before. It was also our first time staying in a condo rather than an all-inclusive. There was a little apprehension at first because of that.... would it really be a vacation if we had to cook, make beds, wash dishes, etc? I can safely say we will definitely do our vacation this way again, and will visit this beautiful condo again and again! The home is absolutely beautiful!! Everything you need (and many things you may not need) is part of this rental!! The rooms are spacious, up to date, comfortable and decorated exquisitely!! Just gorgeous! The master bedroom suite is truly the "penthouse". The views of the pool and Pacific from the bedroom or the private balcony help create for a calming retreat when needed. The full walk in tile shower and double vanity in the bathroom are dreamy. And the closets were plenty big for a weeks worth of clothes and a hiding spot for the luggage. The other couples we traveled with absolutely loved their accommodations with private bathrooms. Those of us with ocean side rooms fell asleep each night to sounds of crashing waves, and woke up each morning to the waves and the many birds that sang out. Although the home is comfortable and spacious, we still found ourselves out on the private patio around the patio table most often. ALL our meals were ate outside (when we didn't dine out), morning coffee was drank outside, evening drinks were on the patio..... needless to say the weather was fantastic, so coming from Wisconsin where we enjoy very short summers, we made sure we were going to enjoy the beautiful Mazatlan warmth and sunshine. We spent hours by the pool, walking down the huge beach and boogie-boarding in the ocean. Woo! Our favorite walk was to Playa Bruja, which also has an excellent restaurant that served awesome coconut shrimp! Did some shelling and even found a WHOLE sand dollar!! The condo is unmatched in comfort and beauty, the pool and beach are fantastic, the neighbors are friendly and helpful! We hired Marco to pick us up from the airport (he had a van large enough to transport us), and he was so great that we hired him to take us into Mazatlan one day and to take us on a day trip to nearby villages and a Tequila factory! I would highly recommend him... very knowledgeable, helpful and spoke English well. I know we'll be back and think you should go too!! :-)
