Why the Owner Chose Delray Beach
We spent several weeks driving and visiting both coasts of Florida and selected Delray Beach as our favorite location. We love the beach - super blue water, world class restaurants and shopping. We are close to two airports (Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach) so easy to get to for a long weekend. We also like that Delray has zoning on the beach so there are no high rises for an uncrowded beach and an "old Florida" feel.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The beach is our primary draw. We walk out our building, down the sidewalk and three steps to the beach. We also love sitting on our very private lanai at all times of the day. We face south so we have some sun in the morning for coffee and breakfast and shade for evening cocktails while watching the boats go by. Great nightlife and restaurants are minutes away on "the avenue".
