Sunset Beach Retreat. 3 Bedroom 3 bathroom home is ideal for families attending local events, weddings etc. or for 3 couples. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include Master suite with King size bed, one bedroom has queen sized bed, one bedroom has full sized bed. Extra-twin size mattress for extra sleeping. Mattress can be used in any of the bedrooms-ideal for children) If additional bedding is needed please make the request and we will do our best to accommodate you. Located on beautiful Sunset Beach, the nicest beach on the Gulf Coast. Home has plenty of parking and plenty of space to spread out and comfortably enjoy your Florida Vacation. Home is a stone's throw from the Beach and a stone's throw from the Intracoastal waterway.
Beach house has everything you need to enjoy our beautiful beach including: beach chairs & blankets, coolers, toys, buckets & shovels, beach floats, beach Umbrellas. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, intracoastal, Sunset Beach Pavilion.
Extra amenities are available upon request(kayaks, golf clubs, bikes etc.) Concierge service & catering available for additional charge. This is a one stop shop for your Florida Vacation. Daily rentals no problem, if available.

Home is located 3 houses away from Beach and 4 houses away from Intracoastal.
House is NOT directly on the sand. Located on the South End of Sunset Beach.
This is not a condo. There is NO Pool-once you see the beach you won't need one.
There is parking for 4+ cars. If you have special wants or needs please address them prior to arrival.
RATES:
$1200 per week.(Excluding Holidays.)
Cleaning fee $100.00
$500 Damages Deposit Due upon arrival-FULLY REFUNDABLE if there are no damages to house.
Deposit: 50% non-refundable Deposit will hold your reservation.
