Our charming and comfortable condo is a short block from the beach, with 2 Bedrooms, 1 full bath, sleeps 4, nonsmoking, no pets. It has a lovely ocean theme, with new furniture this summer.
One block from Virginia Beach boardwalk, but away from the congested traffic of Atlantic Avenue, easy access.
Due to a cancellation, the week of September 5-12 is available at reduced price of $850! There is no reduction in price for a partial week, but we will start reserving weeks for next summer at this summer's price when fully paid before October 1, 2009.

Near Rudee Inlet and other attractions --The numerous exciting things to do nearby include concerts, art and music festivals, fireworks, mini golf, amusement rides, bicycling, and rollerblading. The condo is just minutes from the Virginia Aquarium, the Ocean Breeze Family Park, deep-sea fishing, golfing, tennis, and plenty of great restaurants. Recently redecorated with new furniture, carpet, stove, refrigerator and more, and lovely 'beachy' theme. Central air-conditioning.
$500 deposit will be refunded if not needed for repair or replacement of anything damaged or missing. There is also a $75 cleaning fee
