Two hours from Denver or Colorado Springs you can relax in a beautiful valley where you can fish, hike, horseback ride, etc. and have access to snow skiing in Breckenridge within 20 minutes. There is rafting and golf in Buena Vista 30 minutes away or many more activities in the area.
Fairplay hosts summer fairs often in the summer such as Burro Days and the Bead and Fiber Street Fair this August. Milonzi's is fine dining at it's best and you can enjoy a guitarist for your entertainment while you dine on a snowy winter evening.
Fairplay has full services from equipment rentals to groceries making it ideal for family needs. Several cabins of differing size and ownership are available in the same subdivision making a convenient gathering place for several families.

With a one-time $85 cleaning fee at departure for a party of 2,
each additional person is $10/night.
Children under 13 are free.
The cleaning fee is assessed at $85 for 5 days or less.
More than 5 days it is $85/week with fresh linens and cleanup.
20% deposit 3 months out, 50% deposit 30 days out, both non refundable.

Year Purchased: 2007
Our family owned cabin in Whispering Aspen gathers around a central courtyard with the hope that someday each of our two children will have their own to enjoy with their family and we can all comfortably gather in one location. There is something for everyone in the family to enjoy whether it is golf or snow boarding.
Why the Owner Chose Fairplay
We enjoy the Rocky Mountains for skiing and snowboarding in winter, fishing and golf in summer. We can rent equipment, buy groceries, dine elegantly or catch the quick bite to eat at the Brown Burro Cafe all within a mile of the cabins. Fairplay is a quiet retreat with all of the amenities.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
The best things about being centrally located in Fairplay are Milonzi's fine dining and the guitar player after a day of skiing in Breckenridge; beautiful valleys to drive through on the way from Kansas whether we drive Hwy 285 or Hwy 24; bicycle rides on the trail between Fairplay and Alma. The cool weather is our relief from Kansas dog days in summer and our ticket to winter wonderland fun during winter holidays with two college age children.
