This condo underwent a complete remodel during the summer of 2010 and was completely furnished with the latest and most up-to-date appliances, flat screen HDTV's, Blue Ray's, X-Box, DVR and new furniture.
Snowflower considers this a 'Premium' condo with mountain elegant furnishings. At almost 1300 square feet, this is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with knotty alder throughout, sleeps 6-7 and it is truly 'on the slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort'. From your doorstep, strap on your skis or snowboard and head just a few feet away to Three Kings or Eagle Lift which will carry you away to enjoy what Utahns call the 'best snow on earth'. Located in the Snow Flower condominiums, our unit is in building 2 on the 2nd floor which is very private and quiet as it is tucked among the pine and aspen trees.
As you enter the condo, you'll be able to take-off your boots, coats, gloves, goggles, gear and store them in any one of the eight individual storage spaces. No need to hassle with mixing up your gear with someone else or trying to sort out your belongings before you head to the slopes.
The granite countertops and knotty alder luxury kitchen is large and fully furnished with double wide stainless refrigerator, Maytag double oven, Maytag convection oven/microwave, Maytag dishwasher, coffee maker, etc... The kitchen has a convenient countertop and bar stools for that quick bite of lunch or to keep the cook company.
The large living room includes a private area for reading, recliner, recliner couch and large rocking chair to relax, 55' flat screen HDTV, DVR, Blue Ray and X-Box and a cozy gas fireplace with views of the mountains from the large balcony.
Larger than most 2 bedroom units in Snowflower, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large 40' HDTV, Blue Ray player, his & hers armoires/dressers, a gas fireplace and views of the mountains and the pool. The second bedroom has one full-size extended length twin bed, one full-size extended length twin bed over a queen bed bunkbed, dressers, closet, 32' flat screen HDTV, views of the mountains, views of the heated pool and the heated hot tub. Both bathrooms include dedicated heaters, cozy bath towels and hairdryers. The sofa in the sitting room next to the dining room converts into a full size bed. The condo can sleep six to seven comfortably.
Enjoy underground parking with elevator access, private heated locker rooms to store ski/board equipment, an outdoor heated pool and a heated hot tub are just steps from the front door. Also included are a fitness center, tennis courts and outdoor BBQ. You can even have the refrigerator stocked with items from your grocery list (additional charge applies) upon your arrival.

If you want convenience at a great price in Park City, this is the place. Truely ski-in/ski-out. Park City Mountain lifts and ticket office are literally right outside the door. Private ski room and ski storage just inside the door to the slopes makes lunch-time and end of day a breeze. No lugging skis anywhere. The condo itself is very well kept and served all our needs. The owner was wonderful to work with. Once you make a deposit, you receive very detailed instructions not only explaining all of the amenities of the condo but also very helpful hints for things to do and places to go in the area especially where to buy lift tickets (we saved BIG $!!!). I would highly recommend this unit and owner to anyone looking for a place to stay in Park City.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Our family returned for the second straight year over Christmas! It was once again just as described here. The owner even updated the master sink area since last Christmas. The condo was clean and well stocked. If your looking for a place at Park City look no further. You will not be disappointed!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We LOVED this condo and this mountain!! The condo is exactly as it says...truly a ski in/ski out. We loved cruising down the mountain directly to the condo door......super convenient for a family. The ski lockers are right inside so you ski down, pop off your skis and take about 8 steps to the lockers...loved it! This building (building 2) was, we believe, the most convenient location of the Sunflower buildings. The Eagle Lift and First Time lift are steps from the condo and both will take you to great runs. As far as the condo goes...BEAUTIFUL! It was impeccably clean upon arrival...gorgeous granite counters, beautiful hard woods and a fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. All stainless appliances with lots of room for cooking. Our only little hiccup was that the coffee maker didn't work :( but the owner was exceptionally accommodating by first telling us about a second coffee maker in the condo and then offering to let us go purchase one and he'd reimburse us. He was responsive and friendly which definitely showed good customer service! There is a quaint little coffee shop in the little village that was nice to walk to anyway. Our teenagers favorite part about the condo was that it had a huge screen HD tv and an incredibly comfortable couch with recliners....ahhh....nice to relax after a day of skiing. They also had quite an impressive selection of good movies to watch and a DVR on the tv so it definitely had the amenities of home and they loved it. We also appreciated that they had three or four portable humidifiers which really helped with the dry air. It was an impeccably well kept, cozy, rustic, comfortable and truly ski in/ski out condo. All the communication with the owner was professional and timely and he was very friendly. We would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and will most definitely consider returning if we come back to Park City....which we will because we loved the skiing, the quaint main street, the altitude and the convenience of getting to the mountain from Salt Lake City. The one awesome excursion we did was based on a recommendation from the owner. We did a two hour snowmobile ride with Red River (I think that's the name) Snowmobiling. It was so easy or arrange, the guys were awesome and the ride was AMAZING! Lots of fun trail riding and then letting us loose in open meadows at 9000 feet with hills, dips and bumps....way fun for the teenagers....and us! Overall we were very pleased!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

This place is truly a ski in ski out! I have been on many ski vacations and this was by far the most convenient place we have stayed. Literally, 15 steps from the locker to the slopes and then you ski on a slight downward grade to the lift. This was as hassle free as I have ever skied. The problem that I now have is the new bar of convenience that I have created with my family. I followed all of Bryan's advice in terms of where to buy discount tickets, ski rentals, and snowmobile excursions and all of the outcomes exceeded my expectations. Bryan's attention to detail is noted in his advice and the way the condo is presented to the guest. Great stay and would highly recommend.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed for a few days with our two children. I could not have asked for anything more. The owner was so helpful, answered all my questions, and was so helpful with every aspect of this trip. Park City is a great mountain to ski and this rental is perfect. Right on the slopes, everything you need in the kitchen, clean, a fabulous fireplace and a great selection of movies.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Bryan, Thank you again for letting us rent your condo. We had a great time. Super snow and a great condo. With 4 small kids (from 3 - 10) we appreciated the easy and quick access from the slopes to the condo. Made our life a lot easier. The kids loved the bunk bed and the huge TV.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Four of us stayed in this condo last week (March 9-14). It was a great experience. The unit is well represented in the pictures and the unit is very nice. My communication with the unit owner was very professional, thorough and friendly. The unit would comfortably sleep many more than we had - probably 6-8. We loved the ski-in, ski-out aspect of this unit. At the end of the day, we just skiied past the First Time Lift at Park City and were at the top of the stairs to the building. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting a spacious unit with all the amenities, plus a great location. We definitely want to stay here again! It does not get any better than this!! This was our first visit to Park City and the first time we have worked with VRBO; both were such positive experiences, they won’t be our last. This condo is exactly as described and shown in the photos. We wanted for nothing while there, it is very well set up with dishes and cookware, more than enough bedding, pillows and linens, it was very clean and comfortable. The Xbox was appreciated by our 13 year old and by us in the evenings, when his energy level surpassed ours. The entry way is ideal for putting on and taking of ski gear and the locker on the first floor leads you to being steps away the lifts. The area has lots to offer and the owner Bryan, does a great job of giving directions, instructions and recommendations. He was knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful. We stayed for 9 days and found the condo to be exactly as described. First rate everything and literally steps from the slopes. Walk out, skis on...go. We had a fantastic stay in this unit! The condo is truly ski in/ski out with all the amenities. We skied home for lunch and even did a little night skiing! The unit has everything you need in the kitchen and tons of room for everyone. It's extremely clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this unit and the owner. The owner was so helpful before our trip we even found lift tickets at Costco in Virginia for around $60 a day - saved us a ton of money! Can't wait to go back!!!Recommended for: Families with young children.

About the owner: As Floridians, we have skied all over the world but found ourselves coming back to Park City over and over again because we love everything about Park City Mountain Resort; especially as our family began to grow.
Why the Owner Chose Snow Flower:
For 30 years we have visited Park City Mountain Resort and have stayed in just about everywhere possible. Some places were better than others but none could compare with the true ski-in and ski-out convenience and affordability of Snowflower. This place is right on the slopes...it does not get any better!! Because of the convenience, amenities and affordability, ten years ago we took the plunge and bought our first condo at Snowflower (VRBO 149304). Our love for the place has never faded and recently we purchased this, our second, condo at Snowflower just one door away from our first Condo. As our family has grown, we have found that the Park City Mountain Resort has something for everyone of all ages. Snowflower's central location directly on the slopes is ideally situated within easy access to everything Park City, Deer Valley and the Canyons have to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love the that when we walk out the condo door, literally, we are on the slopes of the ski resort and ski down a few feet to any of three most popular lifts on the Park City Mountain resort. Later, whenever we want, we can ski to the condo door, store our skis/snowboards in our heated locker and take the elevator to the condo where an inviting fireplace and a quiet cozy condo await. We love the views from all the rooms of the peaceful pine and aspen mountains, the large spacious balcony and to keep an eye on everyone in the pool/jacuzzi. We love the rich knotty alder decor steeped in luxurious leather furniture, the cozy fireplaces and plenty of room to spread out. We love the large flat screen HD TV’s in the living room and the HD TV's in the bedrooms so everyone can watch what they want. We also love the DVD stocked library, the Blue Ray DVD player and the DVR so we don't miss the games or shows while we are skiing or apres ski. We love the spacious upscale kitchen (granite, stainless appliances, knotty alder cabinets, etc.) fully stocked with all the modern amenities. We love the hassle-free gas fireplace in the living room on an automatic thermostat which draws fresh mountain air and humidifiers to balance the dry mountain air of the Rockies. We love to be able to work-out in the fitness room and stretch out the muscles before taking to the slopes. Its also great to know that the kids can come and go as they please without worrying about where everyone is on the mountain. We love the spectacular view as you soak in the heated outoor pool or steaming jacuzzi and stare into the starlit sky amidst snowflakes that freshly cover the powder mountains of the West. We love that there is free underground parking in our building. We also love the free bus service that stops just outside the condo door and takes us everywhere we want in Park City, the Canyons and Deer Valley. Most of all, we take great care that our guests have the best possible vacation experience!
