This condo underwent a complete remodel during the summer of 2010 and was completely furnished with the latest and most up-to-date appliances, flat screen HDTV's, Blue Ray's, X-Box, DVR and new furniture.
Snowflower considers this a "Premium" condo with mountain elegant furnishings. At almost 1300 square feet, this is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with knotty alder throughout, sleeps 6-7 and it is truly "on the slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort". From your doorstep, strap on your skis or snowboard and head just a few feet away to Three Kings or Eagle Lift which will carry you away to enjoy what Utahns call the "best snow on earth". Located in the Snow Flower condominiums, our unit is in building 2 on the 2nd floor which is very private and quiet as it is tucked among the pine and aspen trees.
As you enter the condo, you'll be able to take-off your boots, coats, gloves, goggles, gear and store them in any one of the eight individual storage spaces. No need to hassle with mixing up your gear with someone else or trying to sort out your belongings before you head to the slopes.
The granite countertops and knotty alder luxury kitchen is large and fully furnished with double wide stainless refrigerator, Maytag double oven, Maytag convection oven/microwave, Maytag dishwasher, coffee maker, etc... The kitchen has a convenient countertop and bar stools for that quick bite of lunch or to keep the cook company.
The large living room includes a private area for reading, recliner, recliner couch and large rocking chair to relax, 55" flat screen HDTV, DVR, Blue Ray and X-Box and a cozy gas fireplace with views of the mountains from the large balcony.
Larger than most 2 bedroom units in Snowflower, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large 40" HDTV, Blue Ray player, his & hers armoires/dressers, a gas fireplace and views of the mountains and the pool. The second bedroom has one full-size extended length twin bed, one full-size extended length twin bed over a queen bed bunkbed, dressers, closet, 32" flat screen HDTV, views of the mountains, views of the heated pool and the heated hot tub. Both bathrooms include dedicated heaters, cozy bath towels and hairdryers. The sofa in the sitting room next to the dining room converts into a full size bed. The condo can sleep six to seven comfortably.
Enjoy underground parking with elevator access, private heated locker rooms to store ski/board equipment, an outdoor heated pool and a heated hot tub are just steps from the front door. Also included are a fitness center, tennis courts and outdoor BBQ. You can even have the refrigerator stocked with items from your grocery list (additional charge applies) upon your arrival.

As Floridians, we have skied all over the world but found ourselves coming back to Park City over and over again because we love everything about Park City Mountain Resort; especially as our family began to grow.
Why the Owner Chose Snow Flower
For 30 years we have visited Park City Mountain Resort and have stayed in just about everywhere possible. Some places were better than others but none could compare with the convenience and affordability of Snowflower where we stayed continuously for 4 years. Because of the convenience, amenities and affordability, eight years ago we took the plunge and bought our first condo at Snowflower. Our love for the place has never faded and recently we purchased this, our second, condo at Snowflower just two doors away from our first Condo. As our family has grown, we have found that Park City has something for everyone of all ages and Snowflower is centrally located and ideally situated with easy access to everything Park City, Deer Valley and the Canyons have to offer.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The views of the mountains, the aspen trees, the pine trees and the peacefulness are just wonderful. We love that the condo has underground private parking with an elevator to our condo, that there is a separate "dump" room for all our luggage and ski-gear, we love that there are several HDTV's so everyone can watch what they want, that the kitchen has everything we need, that there is a hassle-free gas fireplace in the living room and another fireplace in the master bedroom and that the large bathroom has its own jet tub. We love that the condo is larger than most 2 bedroom condos at Snowflower so you don't feel cramped. We love the convenience of being able to walk out the condo and be on the slopes within a few steps of the lifts that take us everywhere we want on the ski Mountain. Nothing beats taking off the skiis, storing the gear in a heated locker and taking the elevator to the condo where a cozy fireplace and a quiet condo await. Its great to know that the kids can come and go as they please without worrying about where everyone is on the mountain. Then at the end of the day, the view is spectactular as you soak in the heated outoor pool or the jacuzzi as you stare into the starlit sky amidst snowflakes that freshly cover the powder mountains of the western rocky mountains.

Really, it doesn't get any easier. A few feet to the lift, ski home for lunch! Condo exactly as pictured; even nicer, well appointed, and spacious. Mud room area a bonus for storage inside warm unit. Convenient to hot tub, bus stop, grocery store (walking), mountain village, everything. Owner easy to work with and offers great suggestions for the area. A perfect fit for our family with teenagers (they enjoyed the fitness room downstairs). Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with us and making for a seamless trip prior to our son heading off for college. P.S. Even though unusual lack of snow, Park City does an excellent job making snow & grooming.

Truly a five star ski in ski out condo. This is the first time we have used VRBO. THis condo lived up to all of the descriptions herewith . Very close to lifts, walking distance to a great supermarket. Free bus service to historic Main Street,Deer valley, Canyon resort. But for us the variety of skiing right at the doorstep at Park City was the clincher. The owner Bryan deserves special mention he was so very helpful answering all our enquiries and adding much useful info.If you are looking for a condo which exceeds the advertising and photos this is it. Family memories are here for the making. Bryan takes delight in delighting all his guests and making you feel welcome. Thank you Bryan well done.

Literally 50 steps from the Eagle lift with First Time and Three Kings a little beyond. Nicely appointed, clean and comfortable condo with great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in a lot of ski in/ski out condos but this is one of my favorite! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was extremely clean and nice and very easy to get to the slopes. Not only was the elevator close, but the stairs were right in front of the door of the condo! Building 2 is the best building to be in for access to the slopes. The owner sends a very comprehensive list of instructions and helpful hints which I used many times during our week stay! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a premium ski in/ski out place to stay!

We spent a lot of time looking for something that was truly ski-in ski-out and this was exactly what we were looking for. The condo unit was recently renovated with top quality materials and the unit was spacious and extremely comfortable. Some nice features that set this unit apart from others I have stayed in include the quality of the furnishings, the mud room by the front door, 2 fire places, 55" HD flat screen tv, and a very responsive and helpful owner. I would highly recommend this unit to friends and would stay there again myself.

It doesn't get any easier than this for ski in/out- the condo is literally a few steps away from the ski lift. Can leave skis in the locker room right by the slopes and not have to lug them back and forth each day. Outdoor hot tub was great at end of ski days. We had a baby and toddler in our our group and they did well in the condo. Condo was very roomy and comfortable, set up well, also walking distance to Main Street and grocery store. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay there again.

We have been on many ski trips with accommodations close to the slopes but this was the best of the best. Out the locker room door up a half a dozen steps and you’re at Eagle lift which on a powder day is a real premium. The condo is as nice as advertised and the owner is accommodating and easy to work with. Next time we are in Park City this will be our first choice.

Spent a great week in this terrific and truly ski-in ski-out condo. Pictures do not do it justice, condition is pristine and provided tons of room for the 4 of us. We loved having flat screen tvs in every room but the real reason to stay here is the incredibly easy access to the Park City ski slope. We would (and probably will soon) stay here again in a heartbeat.

This fabulous condo was on par to the terrific tree skiing and steeps at Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley- what a treat! Family of four loved the space and tv's for everyone. The kitchen is a dream and the condo presents better than the pictures! We found it well-maintained and loved the ski-in ski-out. Bryan was more than helpful providing not only all we needed to know on the condo but general info on the area. He made the process of booking accommodation all the way from Australia very easy!! Thank you very much hope to come back again!

We have stayed in this development before and this certainly was the nicest unit we stayed in. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace in the master bedroom. Another nice feature was a mud/boot room at the entrance which enabled everyone to come in, sit down, remove their wet ski boots and ski outfits before entering the rest of the unit. We were pretty comfortable and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all our questions and provided requisite information in a timely manner addressing all our concerns superbly. If we are back in the area again, we hope the unit is avaialble.
