Bryan, Thank you again for letting us rent your condo. We had a great time. Super snow and a great condo. With 4 small kids (from 3 - 10) we appreciated the easy and quick access from the slopes to the condo. Made our life a lot easier. The kids loved the bunk bed and the huge TV.

Four of us stayed in this condo last week (March 9-14). It was a great experience. The unit is well represented in the pictures and the unit is very nice. My communication with the unit owner was very professional, thorough and friendly. The unit would comfortably sleep many more than we had - probably 6-8. We loved the ski-in, ski-out aspect of this unit. At the end of the day, we just skiied past the First Time Lift at Park City and were at the top of the stairs to the building. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting a spacious unit with all the amenities, plus a great location. We definitely want to stay here again! Elyse (Chesterfield, MO)

It does not get any better than this!! This was our first visit to Park City and the first time we have worked with VRBO; both were such positive experiences, they won’t be our last. This condo is exactly as described and shown in the photos. We wanted for nothing while there, it is very well set up with dishes and cookware, more than enough bedding, pillows and linens, it was very clean and comfortable. The Xbox was appreciated by our 13 year old and by us in the evenings, when his energy level surpassed ours. The entry way is ideal for putting on and taking of ski gear and the locker on the first floor leads you to being steps away the lifts. The area has lots to offer and the owner Bryan, does a great job of giving directions, instructions and recommendations. He was knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed for 9 days and found the condo to be exactly as described. First rate everything and literally steps from the slopes. Walk out, skis on...go. Bryan was extremely helpful and the process was faultless. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay in this unit! The condo is truly ski in/ski out with all the amenities. We skied home for lunch and even did a little night skiing! The unit has everything you need in the kitchen and tons of room for everyone. It's extremely clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this unit and the owner. The owner was so helpful before our trip we even found lift tickets at Costco in Virginia for around $60 a day - saved us a ton of money! Can't wait to go back!!!

Really, it doesn't get any easier. A few feet to the lift, ski home for lunch! Condo exactly as pictured; even nicer, well appointed, and spacious. Mud room area a bonus for storage inside warm unit. Convenient to hot tub, bus stop, grocery store (walking), mountain village, everything. Owner easy to work with and offers great suggestions for the area. A perfect fit for our family with teenagers (they enjoyed the fitness room downstairs). Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with us and making for a seamless trip prior to our son heading off for college. P.S. Even though unusual lack of snow, Park City does an excellent job making snow & grooming.

Truly a five star ski in ski out condo. This is the first time we have used VRBO. THis condo lived up to all of the descriptions herewith . Very close to lifts, walking distance to a great supermarket. Free bus service to historic Main Street,Deer valley, Canyon resort. But for us the variety of skiing right at the doorstep at Park City was the clincher. The owner Bryan deserves special mention he was so very helpful answering all our enquiries and adding much useful info.If you are looking for a condo which exceeds the advertising and photos this is it. Family memories are here for the making. Bryan takes delight in delighting all his guests and making you feel welcome. Thank you Bryan well done.

We have stayed in a lot of ski in/ski out condos but this is one of my favorite! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was extremely clean and nice and very easy to get to the slopes. Not only was the elevator close, but the stairs were right in front of the door of the condo! Building 2 is the best building to be in for access to the slopes. The owner sends a very comprehensive list of instructions and helpful hints which I used many times during our week stay! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a premium ski in/ski out place to stay!

It doesn't get any easier than this for ski in/out- the condo is literally a few steps away from the ski lift. Can leave skis in the locker room right by the slopes and not have to lug them back and forth each day. Outdoor hot tub was great at end of ski days. We had a baby and toddler in our our group and they did well in the condo. Condo was very roomy and comfortable, set up well, also walking distance to Main Street and grocery store. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay there again.

We have been on many ski trips with accommodations close to the slopes but this was the best of the best. Out the locker room door up a half a dozen steps and you’re at Eagle lift which on a powder day is a real premium. The condo is as nice as advertised and the owner is accommodating and easy to work with. Next time we are in Park City this will be our first choice.

Spent a great week in this terrific and truly ski-in ski-out condo. Pictures do not do it justice, condition is pristine and provided tons of room for the 4 of us. We loved having flat screen tvs in every room but the real reason to stay here is the incredibly easy access to the Park City ski slope. We would (and probably will soon) stay here again in a heartbeat.

This fabulous condo was on par to the terrific tree skiing and steeps at Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley- what a treat! Family of four loved the space and tv's for everyone. The kitchen is a dream and the condo presents better than the pictures! We found it well-maintained and loved the ski-in ski-out. Bryan was more than helpful providing not only all we needed to know on the condo but general info on the area. He made the process of booking accommodation all the way from Australia very easy!! Thank you very much hope to come back again!

We spent a lot of time looking for something that was truly ski-in ski-out and this was exactly what we were looking for. The condo unit was recently renovated with top quality materials and the unit was spacious and extremely comfortable. Some nice features that set this unit apart from others I have stayed in include the quality of the furnishings, the mud room by the front door, 2 fire places, 55" HD flat screen tv, and a very responsive and helpful owner. I would highly recommend this unit to friends and would stay there again myself.

We have stayed in this development before and this certainly was the nicest unit we stayed in. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace in the master bedroom. Another nice feature was a mud/boot room at the entrance which enabled everyone to come in, sit down, remove their wet ski boots and ski outfits before entering the rest of the unit. We were pretty comfortable and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all our questions and provided requisite information in a timely manner addressing all our concerns superbly. If we are back in the area again, we hope the unit is avaialble.

My husband, son and I stayed at the condo during the first week of the Sundance Film Festival. It was a very welcomed respite from the tumult in town from the film crowds. The unit was clean and well-organized and exactly as described. It was truly a ski-in, ski- out unit. The owner could not be nicer and was totally responsive to our needs. Great proximity to town bus transportation, great restaurants, local movie theatre and grocery.Really nice time.

Two guys from Texas on our 1st visit to Utah couldn't have picked a greater place! Website and pictures were inviting + research and google earth made it more enticing. Owner was fantastic in communicating, really down to earth. All promises were met and followed up. We may have been the 1st renters (Dec '09) and the condo was immaculate. Underground parking =A+.Sparse snow on 1st 2 days was followed by 2-day blizzard. Skiing was good, especially at Deer Valley, but we had to stay in on Sunday due to visibility & too much(?)snow. Warm, comfy, football on HDTV. Can't say enough about this place and Bryan. We'll be back!
