We are a professional couple who live in west Omaha and work mid-town. It was fun doing all of the upgrades in this 1900s building.
Why the Owner Chose Omaha
We love the Old Market and wanted to have a location where we could walk and stay overnight rather than driving 30 miles from West Omaha. We use the condo as our weekend vacation getaway. We chose this property because of the view.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The Orpheum Theatre is across the street. Patrick's Grocery Store is around the corner, and two of Omaha's best restaurants- the Flat Iron Cafe and Sullivan's Restaurant are in the neighborhood. From the front door you can go for a run along the Missouri Riverfront, or ride your bike on the paved trails into Iowa.
