This townhouse is located in the Woodridge section inside the Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The unit sleeps 6-7 people and is located close to the outdoor swimming pool/hot tub and shuttle bus stops. It has a single car garage with additional parking. This is a 2-story unit.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV with VCR and full bath with shower/whirlpool tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double (full) bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The loft has a dorm bed that sleeps one person.
There is a gas fireplace in the living room with a TV and VCR/DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped and sits 3 people at the island and the dining area sits 6 comfortably. Bed linens and towels are provided. Washer and Dryer included. An additional powder room is located on the first floor. All bedrooms/sleeping accommodations are located on the 2nd floor.

Pros:I was very impressed by the beauty of the townhouse. It was very spacious, clean and very modern. The pictures on the website do not depict the true essence and beauty of the home. I also enjoyed being able to use the fireplace which made the evening very cozy and enjoyable. Also, being able to park your car in the garage was a plus when unpacking and packing. All the rooms were nice size and very clean. I'm looking forward to staying there again next year. Cons: Need a TV in the Queen size bedroom. Upstairs get very, very warm in trying to heat downstairs. Without the fireplace downstairs was very hard to get warm.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We purchased our Seven Springs Townhouse 8 years ago to enjoy as a family. Our family consists of our 3 children, their spouses and our 2 grandchildren. Our busy lives do not allow us to drive to Seven Springs as often as we like. Therefore, we enjoy renting our unit to other family members and friends and have decided to offer our townhouse for others to enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Seven Springs:
We have always enjoyed the Seven Springs/Laurel Highlands area all year round. Living in the City of Pittsburgh, it is only a one hour drive to the 'country' and the beautiful view of the mountains during any season.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
After viewing several units, we decided on our townhouse for several reasons. First, we preferred a townhouse over a condo. Second, we liked the fact that we are across the street from the swimming pool, a little kids playground and basketball and volley ball courts. Finally during ski season, we are located next to several shuttle stops.
