Year Purchased: 2002
We purchased our Seven Springs Townhouse 8 years ago to enjoy as a family. Our family consists of our 3 children, their spouses and our 2 grandchildren. Our busy lives do not allow us to drive to Seven Springs as often as we like. Therefore, we enjoy renting our unit to other family members and friends and have decided to offer our townhouse for others to enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Seven Springs
We have always enjoyed the Seven Springs/Laurel Highlands area all year round. Living in the City of Pittsburgh, it is only a one hour drive to the "country" and the beautiful view of the mountains during any season.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
After viewing several units, we decided on our townhouse for several reasons. First, we preferred a townhouse over a condo. Second, we liked the fact that we are across the street from the swimming pool, a little kids playground and basketball and volley ball courts. Finally during ski season, we are located next to several shuttle stops.
