Our condominium has been tastefully decorated with a nautical theme. There is a magnificent panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from either the living room or bedroom balcony. The unit is perched on the 20th floor of Ariel Dunes ll. It has a spacious 8 by 25 foot balcony from which to view the alluring sunsets.
The unit has two flat screen TV's, and a collection of games for those infrequent rainy days. The dining area seats six. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, a private bath, and exit to the balcony. The living room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, (great for kids) and also empties to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 adult twin-sized beds with adjoining bath, and a television. Entire unit sleeps up to 6.
