Jewel of a building, just 5 stories, 35 units set back from the street quietly, with private parking, and private beautifully kept garden, pool & dock area. Directly on the Intracoastal Waterway with waterfront lounging and pool. Unit has spectacular view of the widest portion of the waterway plus see the ocean from the balcony. Beach and Beach Place are steps away as are many oceanfront restaurants and clubs. Famous Elbo Room is a couple of blocks away. Public transportation directly outside and less than 15 minutes from FTL airport. Also steps to Water Taxi pick-up.
Best for a couple, however king bed may be separated into two singles plus daybed available for living room. Friendly neighbors, safe, tourist friendly neighborhood. Many high end hotels & boutiques nearby. 700 square feet, spacious with plenty of closet-space new furniture, bedding and renovated kitchen with original artwork. Very pretty, spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom has extra handles for ease of motion. Beach chairs & towels provided. This is prime location and visitors love the building and the area.

Year Purchased: 1965
About the owner: I live and work in Miami Beach and inherited this unit from my parents. I had it completely renovated from walls outward 1 1/2 years ago for part time rental and expect to live there myself someday when I retire. For this reason I am quite selective about to whom it is rented and who will do their best to keep it in the great condition it is in currently.
