This is a newly remodeled end unit that gets lots of sun. It is painted in rich, beautiful colors and decorated with modern art from a local Denver artist. The townhome has three stories and a 2-car garage for heated winter parking and a washer/dryer for more extended stays.
The master bedroom has a cushy pillowtop queen bed with room for a blowup queen for larger capacity. The view out the third-story window is of Peak One in the ten mile range. The private master bathroom has a jacuzzi bath.
The other bedroom on the top floor has two queen beds and a TV/DVD. The view is to the North of Buffalo Mt. and the Gore Range.
There is a brand new kitchen for cooking big meals, with granite countertops and all new chrome appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality cookware. There is also a rolling bar with bar stools for extra seating and counter space.
The kitchen opens up to the dining and living areas with gas fireplace and overstuffed sectional sofa. Prop up your feet here and watch one of the many DVDs on the LCD TV. At night, two more guests can sleep on the huge sectional.
Through the sliding glass doors is a balcony to relax on while looking at Buffalo Mountain. There is also a gas grill for barbequing.
Our townhome is right next to a tennis court and the clubhouse that has a swimming pool, two hot tubs, and a racquetball court. Lake Dillon is a short walk through the Meadow Creek wetlands open space. Shopping in Frisco is a short walk away, as is the Frisco marina for boat rentals.

Year Purchased: 2008
We live in Golden and work as a physician assistant and a professor. We are very active and bought this condo as a second home to get a way to on the weekends. After owning it for only a year, we have decided that we enjoy it more during the summer and fall months and so we have decided to rent it out over the winter.
Why the Owner Chose Lagoon Townhomes
We chose this location for several reasons. You can't hear the traffic on I-70 like several of the other condos in Frisco. We love the proximity to Lake Dillon. We can throw our kayak or canoe on a pair of wheels and be on the lake in 10 minutes. It has great amenities nearby. It's secluded and tucked away in a cul-de-sac so there is not a busy road to worry about with kids or dogs and it's typically only traffic from the residents. It's close to downtown Frisco and has easy access to biking and hiking trails. It's also centrally located to all ski resorts.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Kayaking to private beach on the lake. Great mountain and road biking access. Beautiful hiking trails within a few minutes drive. Festivals in Dillon/Keystone/Breckenridge/Copper. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Open space next to complex for dogs.
