Year Purchased: 2003
Bill moved to Nantucket with his family full time in the late 70's. After graduating from Boston College, he returned to Nantucket. He has been selling real estate there since 1992. Bill took a brief sabbatical from Nantucket real estate sales in 2000 for two years, to work for a venture capitalist in New York City as his real estate project manager, overseeing the renovation and construction of homes in Haverford, Pennsylvania; Southampton, New York and luxury apartments in New York City. He is presently a principal of a real estate firm on Nantucket, a member of the Board of Directors of the Nantucket New School and head of the Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers. He also enjoys running, biking and fishing. Bill and his wife, Amanda, have two young children and an English Bulldog.

My wife and I bought or Florida home because we love the location, the pool is ideal for our children and the cottage is ideal when we have house guests. The homes and gardens in the area are beautiful and there are so many nearby restaurants along with good shopping and great beaches. The bike path along Lake Worth offers endless running trails.

The pool area is so relaxing and we spend all our time on the back patio. The interior spaces are great too and we enjoy the comforts that the decorator created within our home.
