The entire complex has recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation. The only original thing left on the property is the amazing white sand of Flamingo Beach....a few steps from the condo. Our custom Interior is re-finished using local hardwood and stone throughout. We wanted a Costa Rican home fashioned with local materials. It's first class all the way.....Sub-zero, Bosch and other fabulous appliances.
The condo is in The Palms at Flamingo Beach, is gated and has 24-hr security. Amenities include a gym with various cardio and weight equipment available for your more energetic days. Exercise while looking out at the ocean and possible howler monkey sightings. Other amenities available for guests include a large BBQ area with top of the line Viking Grills and a business center where fax, free phone to N.A., photo-copy, computers and web-cam are available as well.
This is undoubtedly the best location on the beach in Gaunacaste. Come and enjoy our wonderful home, listen to the birds, lounge on either of the 2 large decks over-looking the pool and ocean or just relax inside the air conditioned luxury. There are many fine restaurants in the area. You may also wish to try your hand at cooking in the gourmet kitchen.
After either a busy or relaxing day enjoying the endless pool and spectacular sunsets.

Why the Owner Chose Flamingo Beach
I had always dreamed of a vacation home on the beach. After researching all the potential places in the world, I chose Costa Rica. I traveled there and went from Coast to Coast....finally ending my search on the white sands of Flamingo Beach. The particular unit I purchased was previously owned by a lovely couple from England. It was the first ever to sell in the complex. It is a corner unit and I feel is the best location of any in the entire place. I call it the Madiera (wood in Spanish)house It has all native and natural products from flooring to cabinetry. I loved the authenticity of the finishings.

This unit has a private Jacuzzi tub adjacent to the master bedroom with views out to the beach. It also has lots of storage and hanging space for clothes and luggage and a great little desk for the computer.

I live in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. I'm not yet retired but, can get away for vacations. I love to be in a warm place in "winter" away from all that rain! I enjoy reading and relaxing at The Palms on Flamingo Beach. It is the ideal situation for me to just sit back and get away from all the daily "business" of life.
