Our house, "All About Twins," is located on the Gulf end of a dead-end cul-de-sac. The pool is mere steps out the front door, and to get to the beach, just walk out the back door and down the boardwalk and you are on the gorgeous white sand beaches. The home was built in 2002 and has been professionally decorated... custom tile, hard wood floors, and lots of art work. The house is three stories and has large porches off each floor with lovely views of the beach and water. Each bedroom is equipped with a television, and there are DVD and CD players on every floor, and high speed wireless available.
We think you will love the house. It is perfect for a family or multi-couple get away. The first floor has the living areas and a queen bed & bath; 2d floor has the master bedroom (king bed) and another king bedroom, with the 3d bedroom having a double bed with a twin bunk over it; the 3d floor is another living area/bedroom area with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa.
You can bike or walk on the paved sidewalks that run along Highway 30-A to Seaside and Watercolor. Seaside is just two miles away. There are great restaurants in close proximity and a very large outlet mall about 25 minutes away. Panama City Beach is also easily accessible.

Kids met friends from Atlanta and Nashville. Hung out entire vacation. This is our second time here and definitely coming back next year. House was beautiful and wonderful porches for sipping wine at night. Great kitchen - well laid out. Super vacation! Thank you for your accomodations.

the home is very nice, and the owner was flexible to work with us on providing cribs for the babies. the house is very close to the beach, only one house in front of it. i would perhaps ask if the owner or rental company could provide a few beach items to go with the house, such as chairs/umbrellas and towels etc, which would be helpful to the visiting families. the pool is right in front of the house, and very nice. we had a pleasant stay.

The owners of this home have made this wonderful home even better in September 2008! They replaced all the wood floors with a beautiful tile as well as replaced many furniture items. Hope to see you next year (or sooner).

This is a GREAT home for families....and Summer's Edge is our absolute favorite place to stay while in Seagrove. It is very convenient to Seaside and the beach! Unless they have made changes, my only negative would be the comfort of the beds, but we purchased egg crates for Wal-Mart and everything else was great! OWNER: We have checked with other guests and had no complaints about the comfort of the beds.
