Brand new condo located on the fourth floor in the heart of Flamingo. This Oceanica Condo is just a short walk to Flamingo Beach, several fine restaurants and other stores. It has easy access with an elevator so no stair climbing is necessary. The condos share a nice large L-shaped swimming pool and also has use of three other pools at the Flaming Marina Resort as well as tennis courts.
The covered balcony has dining for four as well as a BBQ, but the best part is the sunset ocean views each day. Fully furnished with high end tropical furniture and decorations, this is one of the nicer condos in the complex. The condo has 24 hour security guards, washer/dryer, and wireless internet access.
Flamingo Beach is one of the most popular beach communities in Costa Rica and offers great restaurants, nice beaches, and easy access to all the popular activities of the area such as sailing, sport fishing, diving, canopy tours, horseback riding, ATV tours,...and much more.
Relax and enjoy the beach or for more active persons different excursions can be planned each day within a short drive.

This was our second trip to Costa Rica; we loved our first so much we had to come back. After flying into Liberia, the drive to Flamingo was very easy with good roads and road signs. Once in Flamingo, the key was provided in town at the caretakers office. We were given directions and found the condominium very easily. This condo is fantastic, well furnished, cared for and just like new! There is an elevator that quickly carries up the luggage, but we preferred to take the open stairs when going down. The ‘nearly private’ beach is a simple walk down the hill that serves as a wonderful perch for the condominium. The beach at Flamingo is unbelievable; I can see why Elizabeth Taylor described it as the most beautiful beach she had ever seen! The other bonus is that it is only sparsely inhabited; I mean there was hardly anyone there! The white sand kept calling to us for our twice daily strolls along the half mile beach! The views from any of the three condo balconies are tremendous! From the back balcony one can see the entire stretch of Flamingo beach and the marina, the views from the main balcony off the bedroom and great room face west and offer spectacular sunset views. We spent our days exploring the enchanting countryside, found the locals very warm, helpful and inviting. Spent one day on a sailboat touring secluded beaches, snorkeling, and exploring volcanic rock islands perched in the azure ocean. Flamingo also is a great central location to tour volcanoes, visit the rainforest canopy for 'zip line tours', observe the wonderful surfing just 30 minutes down the road , enjoying quiet beach activities or exploring with the 4X4. Restaurants in Flamingo are great. You can't go wrong at Marie's for a quick lunch or dinner, and then stroll down to the beach for rejuvenation. Mar Y Sol is a short stroll from the condominium and offers wonderful sunset views, open seating and great food. The weather was perfect; we went in the 'rainy season' but had only a few brief hours of rain mostly at night. All in all my wife and I had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
