Why the Owner Chose Hamilton House
We chose Hamilton House because of it's beautiful gulf front view and because you can hear the sound of the ocean waves in the master bedroom. The palm trees in front of the balcony offer privacy as well as a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium is very nicely decorated, clean and airy. The fact that this building is a small building also makes it more desirable for us since it is serene and laid back.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Easy beach access allows us back and forth access for a full relaxing day at the beach. The swimming pool is only steps away from the elevator with restroom facilities. We also have the benefit of enjoying beautiful sunsets from the privacy of our balcony, pool side or beach. Many wonderful restaurants are also steps away or within driving distance.
Has been serving some of the best seafood since 1985 at reasonable prices. Make sure you leave your signature dollar bill on the wall. Located at 500 1st Street.
Has some of the best seafood in the area. Has other options as well. Casual dining. Located at 411 1st St.
For a good steak and wine, visit Salt Rock Grill located at 19325 Gulf Blvd. Make reservations if dining after 5 pm.
This Walmart Neighborhood Market is not your typical Walmart. It is a grocery store with some of the best prices on groceries.
This pizza comes very close to Chicago style pizza. Just 2 blocks south, located at 1305 Gulf Blvd. Make sure to go early. They close at 8:30 pm.

We are a family that loves the beach. We have come to Indian Rocks Beach for over 20 years for long weekends and vacations with family and friends. We are very excited to have a place on the beach of our own that we can share with family and friends. We are excited to share our slice of heaven with you.
