This new multi-million dollar home on a multi-million dollar lot is the result of a middle-aged guy (me) having the good fortune to purchase arguably the finest view lot on Lake Tahoe 13 years ago and then recently building a Zen-generating home with a mixture of designs from Bali, Tahiti, Hawaii, and Japan. Upon eyeing the brand new home for the first time, one appreciates the expansive water-bordered lot, elegant unusual Mahogany siding, and South Pacific design.
Upon entering the front door to Bali Beach, one is moved by the openness that provides immediate viewing of the enormous salt-water fish tank, the gorgeous reclaimed teak floors, wood-thatch-reed-bamboo detailing, and finally the direct views through the generous windows out over the infinity spa and the turquoise lake onto Tahoe's highest mountains.
The enormous private front lawn adds a sense of serenity and ushers one towards a gate that opens onto one of Lake Tahoe's finest sandy (rock free) beaches.
Bali Beach's location in South Lake Tahoe make it easily accessible to all the nearby casinos, Harvey's outdoor theater, numerous ski resorts, South Lake Tahoe airport, etc. The home's community, Tahoe Keys, has indoor and outdoor pools, basketball and tennis courts, a marina, a privately operated gymnasium and a seafood restaurant.
