This studio condo is ON THE BEACH! With a queen size pillowtop mattress- murphy bed (the murphy bed pulls down very easily over the couch) A Murphy Bed is a great space saver. and we have a fantastic Euro Bed for an extra guest. If you are looking for a beautiful and more private place to stay on the beach, then you have come to the right place! Our condo is perfect for 2 people and suitable for 3. It was totally remodeled in August 2009! Close to the airport, shopping, eating, drinking, just about anything you want to do is within minutes away. Our beach area is more private, but right down the way there are a few tiki bars, water sports, and a beautiful working lighthouse.
Your parking space is right in front of the building (about 6 steps to the elevator) and up to the third floor walk out the elevator and there is your condo! Hello, we are the proud owners of this beautiful studio condo on Pompano Beach. We have 2 other investers and are in the process of purchasing 2 more units in this complex. We love the area.
Why the Owner Chose Pompano Beach
We looked at many properties along the beach, but this one was unique. We are more private people and really do not like a crowded place. We purchased 3 units in this complex and are thrilled to have them! Now we would love to share this wonderful experience with others. I wouldn't want a condo in a large highrise, mainly because of the hustle, bustle, and noise. When I am on vacation I want to relax! Here you can relax and enjoy this beautiful part of Florida.
The Unique Benefits of this Studio Condo
We have stayed in this unit several times ourselves,(husband, wife, daughter) Pompano Beach is a very beautiful and more quiet place to stay. I can't imagine anyone not loving it!
