DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! This is a GREAT place! But If you like high rises or being around a lot of people, this is not the place for you. The most popular thing about our condo with our guests is privacy and parking right in front! We are only 25 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale airport and very centrally located close to about anything you need. Our condo has wireless internet, a deluxe cable package, all linens and towels, full kitchen and mostly everything needed to cook with, beach towels,2 beach chairs, 2 beach loungers, and a heated pool. Our condo is very clean and well taken care of . Our renters leave happy and many return the following year or sometimes sooner! Why the Owner Chose Pompano Beach
We looked at many properties along the beach, but this one was unique. We are more private people and really do not like a crowded place. We purchased 3 units in this complex and are thrilled to have them! Now we would love to share this wonderful experience with others. I wouldn't want a condo in a large highrise, mainly because of the hustle, bustle, and noise. When I am on vacation I want to relax! Here you can relax and enjoy this beautiful part of Florida.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You will love the more private building and that your parking space is right in front of the building. On site parking is hard to find in alot of condos. You will love the location too it is close to just about anything you could need.

I basically spend a lot of time with our 6 condos in this wonderful place! I love when a guest stays in one of our condos for the first time! And I always feel confident knowing if they are able they will come back & yes they usually do! My elderly mother and I stayed a week here. It was nice to be right on the water. The accommodations were excellent, nicely decorated. We were on the 3rd floor, with an excellent view of the ocean. The place was clean, and well stocked for a weeks stay. I was glad we had the elevator as she was unable to climb the stairs. The only thing I missed was a deck to enjoy the breeze. Overall, we had a great stay.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The property was as described on the web site. We found our stay to be quite comfortable as the unit was newly decorated and the beach was right out the door. The location was convenient for all of the areas attractions as long as you have a car. This unit had a murphy bed that was comfortable, but I would opt for a regular bed the next time. We found the rent to be fair by todays pricing and the owner very easy to work with. An enjoyable vacation!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

I stayed at this condo for an entire month and loved it. It was clean and had everything I needed. The location was perfect. The owner was very helpful with my questions. The building is small and other owners/tenants are friendly. While it is a studio, I never felt crowded. I would definitely go back again.
Owner response:We are so happy to say that our renters have been very happy with our condos! We have only had about 15 renters since our total renovations, but we are happy to tell you that almost half of them have already sent their deposits for next year.
