Ocean Park is an exclusive 96-unit residential development on the north end of Amelia Island, adjacent to Fort Clinch State Park, and less than 2 miles from historic downtown Fernandina Beach where you will find many fabulous restaurants and retailers. Ocean Park is across the street from the Main Beach Park, which features a putt-putt golf course, a skateboard park, and basketball courts. Very few of the units are available for vacation rentals, as most are occupied by permanent residents, or as second homes. This is a quiet place where you can kick back and relax without worries.
Our 1620 SF 3BR/2BA condo is located on the 5th (top) floor of Ocean Park. It comfortably sleeps 8. The large Master Bedroom features two queen beds. The Master Bath has a double vanity sink, large tiled shower, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has one queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer; towels and bed linens are also provided. Another plus to this beautiful condo is access to an oversized (16x28) one-car parking garage. Guests have access to a beautiful pool and hot tub. Lounge chairs and tables with chairs and umbrellas are also provided in the pool/spa area.
The condo balcony features a teak wood table and chairs and a spectacular ocean view--perfect for eating breakfast or dinner or just reading a book or watching the sunrise. The spacious living room features a TV and DVD player, as does Bedroom 3. The Master Bedroom features a TV, as well. This unit is tastefully decorated with a nautical theme and is the perfect destination for a beach getaway!
Be sure to bring your beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach, which is only a few hundred feet away. The island is full of activities, including kayaking, bicycle/scooter rentals, golf and miniature golf courses, parasailing, deep-sea and inshore fishing charters, hiking, jet skiing, snorkeling/diving, and so many more. We now have a 50" Plasma HDTV in the Living Room.
