Newly renovated, this unit contains 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. All new kitchen appliances. Master bedroom has a large flat screen tv for leisurely viewing. In addition to the 3 bedrooms there is a couch for comfortable sleeping/napping (not a sleeper sofa) as well as a queen air mattress available upon request.
Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains you have views of Black Rock Mountain State Park. Walk and visit the shops, feast at our many fine restaurants, take time to visit Tallulah Gorge or one of the many lakes in Rabun County. Fish in one our many trout streams or take a guided tour down the Chattooga River. There is something for everyone.

There are so many different places to explore in this area, whether it is whitewater rafting or boating and fishing or just relaxing on deck is a nice way to spend the evening.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Tourist attractions in some of the nearby State Parks. Community Pool and Tennis courts at the local City Park just South of Walmart on Hwy 441. Waterfalls to see and climb at Tallulah Falls (8 miles away) and Helen Georgia (30 miles away) offers a small CRAFT town and Tubing. Check out "Chota Falls" which is a magnificent place to make memories, take pictures at The Falls or just make it a fun day. Just 7 miles East to Chatooga River where White Water rafting is available or visit Nanahala website. The DILLARD House, 10 minutes North on Hwy 441 provides Family Style Dining and Horseback Riding. Becky Branch Falls in the Chattahoochee National Forest is a 20-ft cascade. It is located 5 minutes from downtown Clayton and is easily accessible.

My family and I enjoyed our week off between Christmas and New Years and things could not have been better. We traveled to Helen, Bryson City N.C., and Tallulah Falls. The condo had everything you would need. The fireplace was wonderful for those cold nights and view of the mountains was beautiful. Everything was as described in the advertisement. Thank you

The condo is spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean. The owner provided simple, accurate directions and instructions to access condo, we had no need to contact her after arrival. The development is small, quiet, and conveniently located close to town. We would stay at this property again, it was the perfect place for adults who are not interested in on-site amenities and who want a location that is convenient to a number of things to do and see.

We enjoyed our stay at the Panorama condo. Beautiful view, spacious, clean, well-equipped, and convenient to local restaurants and attractions. What more could you ask for? The owner answered my inquiries promptly, which I greatly appreciated. She was very helpful, even coming to our rescue when the key was accidentally locked inside the unit. Would I stay here again or recommend it to a friend or relative? Absolutely!!

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway to the mountains! Our stay at the Panoramic View Condo was perfect. The views from the 2nd level deck were amazing and there was plenty of space. We were told that the leaves are beautiful during Autumn so we will definitely try to get another weekend this fall because I can't wait to enjoy a cup of coffee on that deck on a cool autumn morning. We would absolutely recommend this condo if you are looking for a great mountain vacation.

Great vacation spot. So close to many activities. Clayton has many wonderful restaurants to choose from, but it was also fun just to sit on the deck and enjoy your meal. We plan to come back again next year.

Multiple problems with our unit. Central air not working (small unit in the kitchen not sufficient for the entire unit and was not told about the situation prior to check in), ceiling damage, water damage in bathroom, very dated, cleanliness issues etc. I would recommend not renting this unit till some serious renovations take place.

We love this condo! We have stayed here twice now!! It is so cute, quaint, and decorated just perfectly! It was everything we expected based on the photos - very clean, and very well maintained. We loved the garden tub, and the fireplace made for a romantic evening! The covered porch is great for morning coffee, overlooking the beautiful mountain view! The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing dinner there, or make breakfast! Love the wonderful coffee mugs!!! We plan to stay here every time we are fortunate enough to visit Clayton! We hope to make this trip a quarterly event! Thanks so much to the owners for their Georgia hospitality! We asked for some suggestions for dinner and breakfast, and were very pleased with their suggestions. Miss Megs has great breakfast, The Stockton House has great dinners, and Tiger Mtn Vineyards has great wine!! There is also a nice liquor store next to Miss Megs, Smitty's, that has a wonderful selection as well! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and extremely comfy getaway!! Thank You!!
