Professional homey decorated décor and furnishings, three bedroom, two bath condominium (Gulf Front View) located across from our own dedicated beach being on the sixth floor with high speed wireless internet capability at no extra charge and five free CD movie rentals provided to weekly renters. There is a 42" LCD HD TV for your pleasure besides TV's in each bedroom with CD inclusion. This condominium complex in Destin was completed in 2002. This resort is ranked as one of Destin's top five resorts with 9000 square feet of tropical landscaping. The ocean view is magnificent from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. The complex has two pools. There is a main 4300 square foot, Lagoon-style pool with a mushroom fountain that children love, barbecue facilities and fronting with our own dedicated beach along with our second heated pool having its own beach club with a grill that is very convenient, serving delicious hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream and a selection of beverages while also serving our beachgoers. The beach club and the main lagoon pool both have rest room facilities. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available at our beach.
Directly next door to the beach club pool is one of Destin's most popular restaurants, "The Back Porch." Walk on the beach and order your favorite beverage from the Back Porch's "beach" bar.
Sterling Shores also has an indoor "private" 42 seat surround sound movie theater located on the second floor, just steps from your condo. Enjoy fresh-made popcorn and watch your favorite movie, DVD, tape, or cable television. This is another favorite of our families, both adult and children.
This is a non-smoking unit and NO pets are allowed. You must also be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit. We feel confident that once you have stayed in our unit, you will return year after year.

We have stayed in many condominiums and found this one to be our favorite. We loved the comfort and conveniences of the condo and area. The view, pools, and weather were great! We love Destin and will be returning! Thankyou Mr. Ailes for having us in your beautiful home away from home!!

This unit is owned by the Ailes family but claim Destin as our second home. We love this area so much, we decided to buy a condo. Our condo is professionally decorated and all amenities are provided. Our unit is located on the 6th floor and has a beautiful gulf view. There are (2) pools and a 42 seat surround sound theater located at our resort. If there is anything we have forgotten, please let us know immediately. We would like to have you make our condo your second home away from home. I would like to thank the owners of Sterling Shores unit 608 for a wonderful family vacation. My family and I (all seven of us) had the vacation of a life time. The condo is wonderful, the pools are wonderful, the grounds are wonderful, the beach is wonderful and guess what the owners are wonderful also. WE STAYED THE MONTH OF JANUARY. THE VIEW WAS SO REFRESHING, EVERY MORNING WE CHECKED TO SEE IF THE GULF WAS ANGRY OR CALM. IT WAS ALL THE OWNER SAID IT WAS AND MORE. THE LAUNDRY ROOM WAS SO BIG AND IT WAS GREAT NOT TO SEE THE LAUNDRY. HA HA ESPECIALLY ON VACATION. THE FURNITURE AND COLORS ARE SO BEACH..... THE CHAIR IN MASTER BEDROOM IS SO COMFEEEE. EASY TO FALL ASLEEP THERE. THE 42 SEAT THEATER IS GREAT,LOTS OF POPCORN. GREAT VIEW, TO WORKOUT IN THE EXCERISE ROOM. GREAT POOL. EVEN IN JAN. WE WERE IN.

We had a wonderful time at the Russo/Chambers condo. Accomodations were excellent and the view spectacular. I had never been to Destin in October and really enjoyed the weather. The Destin area has a tremendous selection of shopping, restaurants and things to do. We look forward to coming back same time next year.

This condo was beautiful! We hated to leave! We had such a wonderful time. It was so nice to have a pool so close to the beach. Our kids had a blast! We recommend this unit - it has a great view of the beautiful pool and the ocean! The owners have thought of everything.Enjoy!

Wonderful Condo! Beautifully decorated with everything you could ever need. Great ocean view. This condo is in walking distance of several excellent restaurants. Very convenient. Can't wait to go back!!!
