Adagio purchased the property and built a $58 million dollar development. Once again, the vision of the property becoming a family resort became a reality. Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico. It has an on-site sales and rental office as well as a fitness center and two pools. The 1700 sq.ft. pool has an infinity edge which overlooks the blue green waters of the Gulf. The second pool is magnificent. It is 8000 sq.ft. which includes 3 tiers decorated with a fountain and 2 waterfalls. Year Purchased: 2006
John and Judy Butz we are from Crawfordsville Indiana and have owner rental property in the Destin area since 1995. 30A is our favorite area to be because of the low density and height restriction of buildings. When we stay in our unit we feel like we are in a gulf front home and not a condo. The second floor is a perfect level with the elevation you have at Blue Mountain Beach. We fell safe from any potential storm. We love staying in our unit and want our guests to have that same feeling and enjoyment of the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Adagio
Very good elevation for excellent gulf views. High end complex with excellent mainatince and landscaping. Multiple pools with only 4 stories keeps this complex low density even when at full capacity. Close location to all the hotspots. watercolor, Seaside, Rosmary Beach and Destin Shopping.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Watch your children over the Gulfront pool. The second floor still gives you all the privacy you want but allows you to people watch so you feel ile you are in a Resort . Great elevation for great Gulf views. The building is build like a rock when you close the doors you hear no pool noise. You don't need to fight the elevator walk down one flight of steps nad you are at the pool or on the Beach. The unit is well equipped and we cater to the guests requests to add items each year based on feedback in our guest book
