Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is on the 2nd floor overlooking the Tidewater Golf Course. Easy access via elevator or stairs.
The living room has two sofas, a reclining chair, TV, DVD player & VCR. One sofa folds out into a Queen size sleeper. There are expansive views of the golf course and the Inter-coastal Waterway both from the living room and the screened in balcony. The screened in balcony has a table with 6 chairs for your dining enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the mattress, box springs and frame were replaced in January 2010. Also two night tables with 2 storage drawers each with lamps, a phone and an alarm clock are there for your convenience. Enjoy the walk in closet, and the two dressers with a mirror.
The master bath, entered from within the master bedroom, has a jetted tub as well as a separate shower. Double vanity sinks have ample drawers, cabinets, and surface area to store your toiletries.
The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, a night table with an alarm and table lamp, and a large closet. A window overlooks the atrium. There are lighted ceiling fans in each bedroom, in the living room and on the screened porch. The kitchen is fully furnished for your convenience. The spacious dining area seats 6 at a large glass table with upholstered seating. There are also 2 stools at the bar overlooking the kitchen.
The condo is located directly on the Tidewater Golf Course (one of the best courses in South Carolina) and is 3.6 miles (10 minute drive) to the beach.

We live in Virginia. We plan to retire in North Myrtle Beach. We enjoy bringing friends and family to vacation with us at our Tidewater Plantation Villa. We are enjoying meeting new friends as we spend time in Tidewater.

Tidewater golf course has been called "The Pebble Beach of the East", this golfing experience is not to be missed. For the ocean lovers, you are a 10 minute drive to the beach. Tidewater is a 24/7 security gated community, serene, peaceful and tranquil. Walk and/or ride your bike as you take in the breathtaking views and natural setting on the Inter-coastal Waterway. Our villa is on the second floor for spectacular views of both the 9th and 18th fairways, as well as the Inter-coastal Waterway. Sit on the screened in balcony and enjoy a drink, a meal and the view. The elevator makes for easy coming and going from the villa, or use the covered stairway right outside the villa entrance. You are walking distance to the Clubhouse, Grille, and Pro-shop. It is an easy walk or bike ride to the well maintained tennis courts and a large leisure pool. The large pool area has ample tables, chairs, and loungers with umbrellas and shade. There are both a whirlpool and a baby pool available. The fitness center has an assortment of equipment for strength training and cardiovascular. TV is available during your workout also. The fitness center rest rooms include a shower.

I would highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants a nice and spacious "home away from home" for their vacation stay. The condo was decorated in a homely manner and the rooms were spacious. Tidewater offered a very serene atmoshpere. The community pool and tennis courts were top of the line. The neighbors that reside at Tidewater were friendly. North Mrytle beach was only a few minutes drive away. The beach was nice but if was refreshing to leave the beach and be able to step away from the hustle and bustle for awhile back at the condo, but yet still feel so close to the beach. Close by were grocery stores, shopping centers, gift shops, a pharmacy, resturants, theaters, putt-put and flea markets. A few of the major attractions within a 15min drive were Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theater, Tanger Outlets. The owner was very helpful in the rental process and answered all my inquiries in a timely matter.

The listing description was very accurate regarding the location and the listing photos accurately reflected the rental’s appearance and amenities. The property is clean / well-maintained and the owner was very helpful answering our questions prior to and during out stay. We highly recommend this property and strongly recommend you golf the Tidewater Golf Course as well as the Farmstead Golf Course.

We stayed in this unit for three months last winter. Found the unit exactly as listed in VRBO. Property was clean and well maintained. Owner was very helpful whenever we had a question. Would recommend this unit for your vacation. The views of the golf course were great!! Hope we can stay there again.

Tom, We had a lovely stay in your Tidewater condo. Everything was what we expected...the condo was nicely furnished, clean and well-maintained. The sunny morning view from the lanai is beautiful and a great place for a first cup of coffee. The golf course is one of the best around. We also loved lounging at the pool in the warm afternoons and,of course, there's much to do around Myrtle Beach. Thanks for being so accomodating. Would love to come again. Jean and Mike
