As guests at this complex, you can enjoy two huge gulf-front swimming pools - one is seasonally heated - as well as two tennis courts. In addition, there is a fully equipped fitness center on site. There are three large boardwalks for easy beach access and we are within walking distance to the Emerald Coast Convention Center, the Boardwalk and Fishing Pier or take the free Island Shuttle to the antique shops in Fort Walton or the famous Destin stores.
This is a fabulous corner unit and therefore, you get gulf views from Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom Suite. Additionally, there is an oversized gulf front balcony to stretch out on and catch some rays or watch the dolphins go by each morning as you enjoy your morning coffee.
Master Suite has King Size Bed with large flat screen television and DVD player. The large spa style bathroom with corner tub, walk in shower and double vanity with granite countertops will help you relax after a long day at the beach. Finally, lots of closet space will help to make you feel at home.
Second bedroom has Queen Size bed with flat screen television /DVD and access to large second private bathroom.
Third bedroom is full sized and has two twin beds with flat screen television/DVD and access to third full bathroom.
Comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in living room with lots of seating for everyone and extra large flat screen television/DVD for everyone’s viewing enjoyment.
The spacious and newly remodeled kitchen has all the comforts of home and then some. It is fully equipped to fix a wonderful dinner or a simple snack. There is a full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room with lots of storage space. Fully equipped including beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels for your use - all free of charge. We even include a welcome basket with your first morning's coffee and tea! Welcome binder is supplied with lots of information make your vacation more enjoyable and less stressful.
