The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a comfortable double-size, hide-away bed. These bedrooms share the second bathroom. The two-car garage leads out from the laundry room with washer and dryer.
Our home also features a fully equipped, newly remodeled kitchen with a breakfast nook, living/family room with a screened lanai connected through sliding glass doors on three sides.
The night-gated community offers tennis, swimming, golf, shuffle board, work-out room, ping pong and more. This community is very safe with after-dark access through gates only for residents and their guests.

Year Purchased: 1995
I am a retired minister and my wife is a retired special education teacher from Minnesota. We have four children and eleven grandchildren that live in Minnesota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Colorado. We have been married for over 50 years and are loving retired life.
Why the Owner Chose Lakeland
We moved to Florida in the mid-90's and purchased our home in Lakeland. Recently, we moved to a nursing home center to help with future care of my wife. With the real estate market still being soft, we have decided to rent our home versus sell it.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The best thing about Lakeland is the centralized location (only about 40 miles from the Tampa or Orlando airport). Also, it is an hours drive to Sea World, Disneyland, Busch Gardens and Clearwater beach. The main reason that we moved from Minnesota was the weather. It is wonderful to not suffer through the long winters anymore.
