You are only 30 minutes from the Palm Springs Int'l Airport and we will provide you with one set of ladies golf clubs and two bags to help you with the extra baggage charges of most airlines. There is a separate golf cart garage (no golf cart) to store your extra belongings and golf supplies,etc.
Right outside of the 24 hour manned security gates you will find Old Town La Qunita, Silver Rock Golf Course, Arnold Palmer's restaurant with a practice putting green, and most any type of shopping your heart desires. You will have access to the two fantastic golf courses and tennis courts within the gated community and fine dining at the clubhouse. The pro shop is always stocked with the most up to date equipment and attire you may need. Of course, there are some of the best pros in the desert should you want to tune up your game. Credit cards are accepted.

Year Purchased: 2004
We live in northern Nevada and love it except for the winters. We bought our home in Rancho La Quinta 6 years ago as my husband was retiring from his career as a CPA. He then did some consulting for a start up company and has ended up as the CEO. He took this position anticipating that it would be for a short period of time and it has stretched into over 7 years. Since we don't have the time to spend in La Quinta we have made the decision to rent it out as a vacation rental until the time comes when he is fully retired. I am a real estate broker in both Nevada and California and my only clients are friends or referrals from friends. We both love to golf and travel and hope to be able to do a lot more in the near future.
