Come and relax in our newly remodeled 1500+sq. ft., fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath , 2 car garage home, all on one level in Sun City Vistoso. Nestled at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains, Sun City Vistoso is one of Tucson’s premier active adult communities with sweeping mountain vistas and is a mere 14 miles from Tucson and all the conveniences of the city. Clean, wide streets invite the walker, jogger and bicyclist to "hit the road" right out their own front door.
Our home is conveniently located a quick 10 minute walk to the 18-hole championship golf course and recreational facilities that offer a variety of programs and activities that define the active adult lifestyle, including swimming, tennis, exercise rooms, arts and crafts, etc.
Just pack your golf clubs, tennis racket, hiking boots and swimsuit, everything else is provided. Our open and bright living room with queen sleeper sofa has a separate fully functioning office area with wireless internet. The dining area is open to the kitchen with a breakfast bar and nook. The rear, fully landscaped yard has a covered patio with large dining table and gas BBQ grill. Watch the sun rise over the breathtaking Catalina Mountains and enjoy your morning coffee in the front courtyard.
Our non-smoking home has tile floors throughout the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms. The bedrooms, living room, and office area are carpeted. All the furnishings and appliances are new.
The large master suite with king size bed is complete with a cozy reading corner, bathroom with double sinks, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom with queen size bed has an adjacent full bathroom.
Golf is available at discounted rates. For variety, there are nineteen other championship golf courses within a few miles. Exceptional hiking is available in Catalina State Park, nearby Saguaro National Park, Coronado National Forest and Tucson Mountain Park. Other nearby attractions include the famous Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Kitt Peak's world-class observatory, Biosphere 2, several historic Old West towns, dude ranches, the art community of Tubac, even Nogales in Mexico. With Tucson's natural beauty and excellent climate, you couldn't ask for a better vacation paradise.
