Enjoyed our stay but were surprised just how small the cabin is. The location, ammenities and fishing more than made up for the cabin size. Weather was great and the owners went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed ourselves.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

very clean, great boat dock, house little small, rocking chair squicks, water heater failed but was fixed quickly..very friendly owners...Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Cosy Cottage was a wonderful week getaway! We used it as our home away from home to fish, relax and visit the area of the Ozarks. The outdoor fireplace was awesome to sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine after a day of fishing or siteseeing around the area. We also caught our share of rainbow trout right from the wonderful dock on the grounds. We just left our poles hanging on the rack by the cabinet with our tackle box and went down whenever the mood and/or change in tide called us. Our hostess, Dottie was awesome! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope one day to come back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this charming cabin for four nights following our wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased. The owners were very kind and gracious and we found the cabin to be to the exact specifications as detailed online. The views were excellent and we loved fishing in the mornings and evenings from the dock. We brought our boat and were pleased that the marina was within 5 mins from the cabin. We were also happy to be able to bring our dog with us. We couldn't have wished for a better deal and we will definitely be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The cabin was perfect for everything a couple would need. I love to B.B.Q. and they have a nice patio where we cooked steaks and fish in the evening and ate under the stars! The fishing from the dock is FANTASTIC!!!! Even caught a Walleye! Dottie, Bob & Doc are perfect host and we will be back..Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We had THE BEST time on our getaway vacation. When my husband and I arrived, I think we both sighed at the same time. The pictures just cannot possibly do this little piece of heaven justice. The cottage is immaculate, but homey. The bed was so comfy! The dozen farm fresh eggs were such a nice welcome, and Dottie even brought us a couple of slices of delicious homemade apple pie! She and Bob are such a nice couple. We caught around 40 rainbow trout and 1 walleye (ok so I only caught six of the trout!) The tranquility of our surroundings quickly wound us down from the hustle and bustle of the daily drind. We both didn’t want to leave! It was just lovely and we plan to come back! Thanks for everything Bob, Dottie (and Doc!)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Dotti and Bob, Erin and I had an amazing weekend at Whisper Cove Cottage, It was the perfect getaway. We loved the cabin, It was the perfect set up, and we were very impressed at how much bigger it seemed than in the picture, We loved fishing and came back with some great pictures. We WILL be coming back for sure, we have already been talking about it. We got married in Bull Shoals cavern the week we stayed here. The cottage was such a splendid place for us to stay during this wonderful time. After many vacations in many states we found a spot we will come back to often! Whisper Cove Cottage is everything anyone could want from the great cabin to the wonderful hosts! And the fishing....was unbelievable! We only had three days there but we will be back soon for a whole week! Had a very enjoyable 3 day getaway at the Whisper Cove Cabin. All the amenities were exactly as described. The dock and firepit and outdoor patio were second to none. I would recommend this to anyone....our little Terrier Mix Baxter had the time of his life running around the spacious yard and playing with Doc their golden retreiver. The wildlife was everywhere. Dottie and Bob were wonderful hosts.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My son and I just spent four days in the Cozy Cottage and could not have had more fun. We caught apprx 40 fish in 2-1/2 days worth of fishing from the boat house. We never felt like we had to go anywhere else. What a great time at a great place with great folks. Our stay at Whisper Cove was marvelous from beginning to end. It was so nice that we ended up staying an extra day. We caught trout, enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, took a side trip to Branson, and just relaxed in the cozy, comfortable cottage. It was one of the most enjoyable trips and Thanksgiving holidays we have had. Bob and Dottie were so kind and hepful. They gave us delicious fresh eggs to eat, fishing tips, advice, and even mapped out a route for us. This is the way to beat stress and reconnect with one another and with God. The cabin is super clean and has everything one needs. If anyone is looking for a getaway that will be remembered for years to come, then come to Whisper Cove on the White River and make some unforgettable memories. Thank you, Dottie and Bob, for sharing your cabin with us.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband, 11 year old son, and I had the best time here. The cabin is beautiful and very clean. It's right on the White River, which is beautiful, especially in the mornings. The owners are lovely people and helped my son with some fishing tips and advise. Such a beautiful place to visit. Bob and Dottie are so very kind and welcoming. Everything was so clean and had everything anyone could want for a wonderful visit. My husband, son and I enjoyed our weekend stay so much, we had to make ourselves leave. Will definately go back again, and would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing place to visit. My husband and I have stayed several places but this has to be one of the best. From the time we drove in and unpacked until the time we packed and HAD to leave every moment was fantastic. I told my husband staying in the cottage at Whisper Cove was the "LIFE". We enjoyed the fishing and relaxing atmoshphere. We will defininely be coming back and hopefully staying longer than 2 nights.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Bob / Dottie, Thank you so much for this cottage. The trip was just what we were looking for: a quiet getaway in a beautiful, but often overlooked part of our country. It was great meeting you and we appreciated your warm hospitality. Your property is great. We loved fishing on the White River (caught some huge trout) and hanging out on your dock and by your outdoor fireplace. The cottage itself was immaculately clean and even had room for our two kids.
