The primary master suite offers a separate, private terrace, as well as a walk-in closet and an elegantly appointed master bath with double-shower, oversize Jacuzzi bathtub (with flat-screen TV above tub), outdoor shower and patio.
The second bedroom, also with walk-in closet and private bath with shower and tub, opens up to the main terrace and features two double beds, large-screen TV and a built-in desk. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, ample closet, and a full bath with shower.
Just off the large central patio, which showcases a stunning water feature, volcanic stone backdrop and pebble-carpet detailing, is a gourmet kitchen and full laundry.

When we decided to visit Punta Mita we planned to stay at the Four Seasons or St. Regis. We made the right choice staying with Lynn. We had our own private pool, a golf cart to visit the amazing beach clubs and the charming town of Punta Mita. We had 3 large bedrooms and so much more space and privacy then a hotel room! We were able to prepare meals in a gourmet kitchen, and sit on the deck and enjoy the views!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+.

About the owner: Full-time resident of Punta Mita, and 20-year resident in the Puerto Vallarta/Punta Mita region. Also, I am the former co-author of the Frommers and Dummies guidebook series to Mexico (for 8 years!), so I have traveled the country of Mexico, and love sharing tips and experiences!

Punta Mita is a spectacular resort community, unlike anywhere else in Mexico. We own a home in Punta Mita, and wanted to also have a rental property, or an extra place for friends and family to stay when visiting. I have lived in the area for 20 years, and love it--this is home for me..

This villa features expansive indoor-outdoor living areas and is very light and welcoming. The gourmet kitchen (SubZero fridge, Viking stove) as well as a large, covered terrace, provides for indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen means coffee is close, as well as convenient breakfasts, snacks, or cocktails. Also, there's a lovely plunge pool on the patio, heated in cooler months. This villa is very peaceful and quiet, and overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Pacifico course in Punta Mita, with views to the ocean and the famous 3B Island hole. Being inside the gates of Punta Mita, means you also enjoy dining privileges at both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts at Punta Mita.
