Ayia Punta Mita is a boutique condominium (just 27 units) within the gated resort of Punta Mita. Its architecture and complete onsite management unite a spectacular resort setting with luxurious lifestyle services and amenities.
The inspired architectural design by renowned Mexican architect Jose “Pepe” deYturbe is complemented by a sexy poolside area with shaded lounging areas. The condo is directly on the Punta Mita Pacifico golf course, but also features ocean views.
This stylish two-bedroom condominium features a generous use of glass and an expansive terraca off of every room, meaning you can enjoy the indoor/outdoor lifestyle so popular in Punta Mita.
It features one Master Suite, with a large closet and bathroom with shower, plus a private outdoor (enclosed, but open-roof) lounging area, as well as a second bedroom suite with two double beds, private terrace, large bathroom and generous closet space. The living room sofas can be made up to accommodate sleeping. The Living Room is very spacious, and has its own guest bath, as well as a separate storage room with bath. The gourmet kitchen has a SubZero refrigerator, full GE Profile cooktop/stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all plateware and utensils. A washer/dryer in the unit.
Onsite management means you have someone there for anything you may need, and daily housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.

Punta Mita is a spectacular resort community, unlike anywhere else in Mexico. We own a home in Punta Mita, and wanted to also have a rental property, or an extra place for friends and family to stay when visiting. I have lived in the area for 18 years, and love it--this is home for me..
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo features expansive living areas as well as a gourmet kitchen (SubZero fridge, GE Profile stove) as well as a large, private terrace off of every room, providing for indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen means coffee is close, as well as convenient breakfasts, snacks, or cocktails. Also, there's a lovely pool area on site, private for Ayia condo owners and guests. This unit is very peaceful and quiet, and overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Bahia course in Punta Mita, with views to the ocean and the Marietas islands. Being inside the gates of Punta Mita, means you also enjoy access to the Punta Mita Residents' Beach Club, the JN golf courses, and have dining privileges at both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts at Punta Mita.
