It features one Master Suite, with a large closet and bathroom with shower, plus a private outdoor (enclosed, but open-roof) lounging area, as well as a second bedroom suite with two double beds, private balcony, large bathroom and generous closet space. The living room sofas can be made up to accommodate sleeping. The Living Room is very spacious, and has its own guest bath, as well as a separate storage room with bath. The gourmet kitchen has a SubZero refrigerator, full GE Profile cooktop/stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all plateware and utensils. A washer/dryer in the unit.
Onsite management and concierge mean you have someone there for anything you may need, and daily housekeeping is provided.

Punta Mita is a spectacular resort community, unlike anywhere else in Mexico. We own a home in Punta Mita, and wanted to also have a rental property, or an extra place for friends and family to stay when visiting. I have lived in the area for 18 years, and love it--this is home for me..
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This condo features expansive living areas as well as a gourmet kitchen (SubZero fridge, GE Profile stove) as well as a large, private balcony off of every room, providing for indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen means coffee is close, as well as convenient breakfasts, snacks, or cocktails. Also, there's a lovely pool area on site, private for Ayia condo owners and guests. The on-site manager, Erik, is a doll! English-speaking, and very helpful. This unit is very peaceful and quiet, and overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Pacifico course in Punta Mita, with views to the ocean and the Marietas islands. Being inside the gates of Punta Mita, means you also enjoy access to the Punta Mita Residents' Beach Club, the JN golf courses, and have dining privileges at both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts at Punta Mita.
